This is why I don't join official if you can get perma ban without any reason, there is no point in playing on Official. Plus I am too busy to play the game atm anyways.

Selective banning, allowing friends to cheat, enforcing bans for devs who are butthurt, releasing the same game, just shined up etc. Ark devs are hot garbage. Every single one of them because none speak up. I'll stick with ASE and my own private server and never buy anything of theirs again. And I'll always bash them every chance I get.

Yes, it gives unfair advantage to those using it but if that is the case then why is this still and issue after all these years? The devs are especially out of line for banning with no warning. People deserve a chance to know what is going on and given a chance to correct it. Add in all the people who don't get banned for doing the same things or worse...And the pre-ban raid Teach talks about in his vid on the subject makes me wonder what dev/admin got their nickers in a knot when they couldn't completely godzilla the base into oblivion just to get their jollies for the day. The timing is very sus...

As for the situation about the Stego, I guess from my perspective I am not sure why a Dev would want to raid someone or care/get upset about failing to raid another player? My guess would be it was another player, and because that player was unable to hit their base with the method they were using, they snitched and then a Dev came to verify and then banned him.

Let’s be honest You buy a product and want a great product. But TOS is a joke across a lot of games. They games have issues and call them exploits knowing they are there. If the product isn’t fixed especially knowing the issue then Wild Card has issues and needs to be more professional and fix it, not bait people.
i got perm ban/dev on my lvl 155 char for having too much loot. it state in the ticket we had too much loot so thats why we got ban which makes no sense it's crazy how ur not even safe from bans even if u play legit lol
So i complete disagree with the ban, because they have to make sure that the maps are playable. If the find a hole, and some player build in it, they say to him move and close the hole. because they don't make a good job with there maps, is not the players fault. If the ban me I would even go to law, because they have to fix the map bevor they bring it out!
I watched the video on him. And I feel like it should have just been a temporary ban. Because he made himself perfectly honest about he built but he didn't know that that was a mesh hole. But. Then we do know how the creators of snail games are.
SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED TO US!!!! come to find out a buddy of mine built same spot but admins left him a sign as a warning. There was only 1 other big tekked/capped base besides us. Dealt with so many Chinese cheaters we got wiped time and time again. Almost 9k hours and they do me like this. Wildcard is a JOKE W

People act like this is complicated, it's not. Speaking matter of factly, Ark was "developed" by a group of nerds that wanted to play a dinosaur game, but realized it would only be fun if multiple people also play it. The catch, the nerds wanted dominance in the game they built to play. Correcting in game issues such as the meshing as opposed to simply putting it in the TOS removes the 'DEV's" ability to have power over players that might be better than they are because the Devs utilize the meshing and their ability to ban threats to their in game playing. Such as if there were no cave building and everyone had to build on the surface, then it would be a fair fight for everyone pvp servers, but then the Devs couldn't ban tribes or players that were raiding them which would happen, a lot. Don't fix the mesh, the devs get to ban threats and popular players leaving only the Devs and players that can't afford to pay the devs to run them through boss fights.

Here is my point on this, it's cheating. Ark said it's wrong. Why didn't they report it to Ark instead of continuing to use rat holes. Also, they claim that players are not getting Ark devs to act on other cheaters, they should look into more details why. I would like to know how many times he was using those rat holes. Was it really just a ban, or was there more to the story. The way teach twisted the details about rat holes shows that he was a repeat offender.
Ark does whatever they want. Allows whatever they want.. on official PVE there is a group of Asians that comes on every day at least 10x telling people to write them on Discord so they can sell anything Ark has to offer, with real money!! How do I know I wrote them... and asked how much 5000 black pearls cost, I thought it would be pollymer but no they flat out asked for 10$😮😮 they gave me a list of prices... I screenshotted and blocked them. It was an Asian girls Pic.
Hasn’t teach said in multiple occasions he doesn’t play on offical servers so what’s the issue here? I think as a content creator he should be held to a higher standard and what he shown can greatly negatively effect the game. He knew that he was showing off an area that wasn’t meant to be buildable. WC isn’t the only devs to ban big player base content creators for cheating/exploiting. WC has a system in place to report this stuff so he should have been responsible and reported it instead of exploiting it to his own advantage.
Like I told teach this isn’t the first time someone has been banned for this type of thing. He needs to move on and stop having a temper tantrum he is starting to lose followers because we want game content not someone complaining that he has a follower base so he shouldn’t be banned lol.
I get where you’re coming from-no one likes to see drama overtake the game content we all enjoy. It’s tough when creators face issues, but it’s important to keep things in perspective and focus on what the community really wants: great gameplay and engaging content. Ark is a joke, people get away with duping, speed hacking, aimbots, and other payed hacks but making a base in a hole that has a mesh issues is a perm ban? WC, fix the dam maps? ASA was suppose to fix all these issues, but PVP in ASA is10X worse then othen ASE.

Ratholes are not mesh holes 2 different things.
Yeah I can see how its two different things. But A lot of Ratholes do have some access to a Mesh, not all, but most of them do.

a waning system should be in place. only permaban repeat offenders. no excuse for not have a system like that in place. also fix your maps wildcard.
