Thank you for this! I am a craft addict and looove trying out different things but I think I do need to focus on one product. Im having a hard time getting eyes on my website so I think I do need to concentrate on being more active on social media. I started this channel so I can start showing things here too. Thank you Monica!

I'm on other platforms and they take care of all that taxes etc. But I want to go out on my own and this hit home perfect timing. Thanks Monica❤❤❤

Your channel is my new favorite. I came across you today, and after listening to 3 or 4 videos while working, I had to subscribe. I just received a license for my business, Cloud Nine Cotton Candy, LLC. I relate to your views on professionalism and having a cohesive esthetic. We shop with our eyes, so it's incredibly important to have a sharp setup to frame our amazing products. Thank you for the inspiration

this is so helpful! I'd love to have my own shop one day, for now I'm focused on making videos and growing my socials but hopefully one day I'll get there 🥰🥰

Great notes. I need to 100% get better about teasing products. I have a new one coming April 18th.... reminder to get on making some reels haha

How often should we post on social media?

As a social media manager, as often as possible. 3-5 days a week. But it is important to do what is sustainable for you in the long run so you don’t burn out and now post for weeks or months. Making content ahead of time and scheduling them is always helpful so you are a bit ahead of the game :)

Your posts don't all have to be perfectly edited videos either. They can be something as simple as a photo of a review that made your day, or an inspiring picture that is relevant to what you do. I'm not super savvy, but I do know that Facebook allows you to schedule posts as well. So maybe dedicate 1 day to a reel and a couple pictures, but schedule them to be posted throughout the week

Sorry, double reply, but I also found that posting a poll about products gets your audience feeling like they have a say-so in production.

How to build a following on social media?! I've tried Instagram but got no where with it because hashtags weren't doing me any favors.

Reels are the best way to grow on IG currently! I can make a whole video on my social media tips:)
