Thank you, lovely review got the X-pac version a month ago.. and on the negative side I would say that the side pocket is a bit too small and very tight for the passport, the "cordura" version feel a bit softer. If you place glasses make sure you have an hard shell for it. On the positive side it is extremely comfortable and it is very well built. Regards
Thanks for the excellent video. Has there been any time you got on the plane and was not able to fit the bag under the seat? Do you normall over or under pack?
I would like to see you fit a 16/17inch laptop and a tablet in the laptop compartment and tell us if it fits. Also is the entire laptop compartment padded or is it only the sleeve ? Thanks and it's a good video.

I have the XPAC version. Love the bag. It is a bit heavy but because of the load lifters, it actually wears lighter than you'd expect.
100%
Same. And agreed.
Does the big version still fits in the free carry on policy for popular airlines?
@@morchedlafferty8614 yup. I take it as my carryon all the time.
@@tuckertech Thanks for the tip! :)

have you tried City Pack Pro? how do you compare TP3S with CPP? thanks!
Bought the city pack pro and returned it bec it was too small. This tp3s should be great or even the reg tp3
@@elinoorani18Why was it too small for you? I'm worried the TP3 small might be too wide for me.
What would you rather see next: 1) how I pack it out for travel or 2) what I daily carry?
Always interested to see it packed out. But I like daily carry videos too. Will watch both.
Daily carry.
How you pack it out for travel!

Xpac version is amazing. Epic bag
Xpac is less durability😮
how tall are you? I am 5'8 and was wondering if it might look too big on my frame. I intend to use it as an everyday backpack.
How many size 10 pairs of shoes would you say would fit?
have you ever tried this as personal item bag in flight together with carry on luggage?
Yup, no issues
This work as a personal item that fits underneath the seat ahead of you?
Just an fyi. There are some hidden zipper pockets in main compartment
How have the magnetic sternum been when having to use them? Have they come undone at all when using, or they reliable?
Does it look too big for a 5'6" foot tall guy? I'm planning to buy this backpack but still in doubt. Please reply. Thanks
What have you chosen?
by any chance do you think a 17in laptop could fit in the laptop compartment?? it might be a tight squeeze but really looking into this bag
most of these bags only fit like 15.6 and smaller. They aren't typically for full sized or gaming laptops unless they are that size, hope this helps.
@tyronejackson5072 How come u say that? They even say on their website for laptops up to 16 inch and very often there is still some room.
My 16.1" laptop fits well with room to spare in the Aer Fit Pack 3 but I would recommend asking Aer if you're concerned about the fit.
How tall are you?
nice bag. but I cannot buy it from official in mainland
How tall are you? I want the regular size but don’t want to look huge on me
173 cm
Thanks for the review. I’m on the fence with this or the “regular” 3.
Tried the regular, but figured with small I can save on carry on fees, and be encouraged to pack lighter ;)
@@ZimingYang great idea(s) 💡
@@ZimingYang Doesn't the regular version already fits the free carry on policies?
Nice review. Perhaps you can also show how you pack it and how it looks packed out.
Is this the perfect bag for college students?
And do the regular aer travel pack 3
probably overkill for college unless you're travelling a lot. I'd go with something in the 15-20L range.
thanks for the video - how is this holding up?
I've had the large version in the cordura fabric for almost a year, and it's held up incredibly well. I've been considering downsizing to this one
good stuff, in the end I just went with the Osprey 26+6, couldnt justify how heavy the AER pack was
Sorry, I can't swallow that $377. red pill-lol
bad angle.....shoot from higher angle next time
how tall are you? curious re: fit
