That doesn't justify zina, again loving soul doesn't justify zina , if someone has kept himself/herself chaste, there is nothing wrong he/she expect chastity in exchange, however if zaani has repented, he/she no more a zani and has become pious in sight of Allah, but human are humans some forgives some are unable to , infact emotional forgiveness is often difficult for humans, if you have come accross zina of your spouse and your spouse has repented, it is up to you whether to live with them or not, but you have no rights to slander them and curse them because Allah forgives , it is understandable that you are unable to emotionally forgive them, which is fine because Allah knows what's in the heart, Allah also knows to what extent humans get hurt, sometimes forgiveness is not possible for humans but we should abstain ourselves from slandering and cursing other person specially if he/she has repented.
