This is quite the special episode, seeing two folks who recently got into the game and playing a game with both of them asking one another confirmation questions on the game lol
This is nice to see really as a new player myself watching these videos and this seeing this video with ya both being new to vanguard is great to see ❤
My Opinion: Red Zone Rogue definitely misplayed by going 2nd. Charmout may unlock all her abilities at Turn 3 going 2nd, but the ability to push for high numbers while the opponent has not gotten a turn 3 yet can make them take many damage or force them to guard. Plus against Yakumo Beni who pretty much always get 3 checks a turn, going 1st to gain that lead of being able to push with big numbers while recovering hand due to Twin Drive is so much better. Charmout can also go for even bigger numbers come Persona Turn 4 due to the 10k power boost. The choice of going 2nd is only good against Stride Decks because they need both players to be G3 and Charmout can go full power while capitalizing on Stride Decks' need of g3.
CHARMOUT PLAYERS REPRESENT 👿😈🔥 EDIT: rank 1? level 1? They're grades in this game... yeaaa I'm not feeling this one, good showcase though! EDIT 2: spoke too soon, 37:01, the caption themselves are wrong, look at the card text, which is correct. The ability does not trigger yet since she was still in the soul when chosen. See the "R" icon? That means it only triggers when that unit is on the rear guard circle. Essentially, since Charmout chooses it during its attack, you can only countercharge and soul charge AFTER it attacks. You can see how this can be considered cheating if you're lacking soul to do her second cost (doesn't happen often, but once you fight a couple Seraph players you know how badly things can go). EDIT 3: spoke too soon AGAIN, nice catch Igni haha. We learn something new every day!
liked to see it.. got myself a yakumo deck of my own.. buut its dark state.. and so wish they'd release her for global so i dont need to feel like cheating for playing her
Thank you for having me on the show my friend! 🫡
Luckyy u

Good ol’ red zone rogue using every term for the number in the top left except for grade 😛
Weird Bald Guy is the exact description of Masanori and that exactly is why he's goated.
mr.twindrive it good to see you return.
Definitely a fresh perspective when two friends play and learn their new favorite card game together~
