I loved jock. I was just a boy when he died. I cried that night when mum came up to tell me after we watched the match. I cried now at 46 years old watching this. He was and is my hero.

totally get you mate. Im just 2 years older than you and your comment could have been written by me word for word. It was so unreal that night he died. Big Jock started something special in european football but never received the credit. The total football claimed by the dutch in the 70s was played weekly at paradise a decade earlier. If Jock had been English he would have been knighted for what Celtic achieved in 1967 .
