I hope your emphasis on boys does not dissuade the broad dissemination of your presentation. Your insights are just as valid for child, tween, and adolescent girls . . . particularly the anxiety component. My sole criticism would be the notion of a dichotomy of ASD vs ADHD (w/ social executive function deficits). The phenotypes (and genotypes) within the autism spectrum have significant overlap with ADHD. Particularly among girls, the notion of a clear demarcation between SEF and core social domain of ASD is questionable.
Great info Ryan! Thanks!!
