I've always wondered how youtubers made money so thanks for posting. Also fyi if you made over $600 for the year UA-cam or Google will send you a 1099 misc showing how much you earned,. When you file you'll have fill out a schedule C for business owner but you can also deduct your expenses for making the videos. You'll also have to pay a percentage of your earings to social security and medicare. The form will show but I'd have a tax professional do it for you if i were you since they can also help you figure out deduction but keep all your receipts. Glad my comment makes you money LOL.

I have a tax professional who handles it all for me, but for many people out there who are new to this they may not realize that they’ll owe taxes on their earnings so figured it was worth dropping that in there. But yes, the comments do help my videos perform better so I’m always very appreciative of people taking the time to comment and support! Thank you! 🙏🏼
