Came back to share that yesterday it was raining off and on here all day so I walked to the park next door, went off trail to find a dry spot and did this practice within a cozy nature filled space… squirrels running through the trees above me, rain drops glistening all around me!!! It was absolutely glorious!!! Thank you so much for these standing, no prop classes. What a beautiful practice. Really dealing with some old emotions and pain- going through it with shadow work but wow. This really has shown up in my body- the physical representation of the emotional pain. So freeing to have this type of movement. I’ll be revisiting this often

The only thing i worry about with the quigong is building up too much shoulder and neck tension ❤

@drmelissawest for me it's moving my arms above my head ect. . I think I have tense neck muscles and I need a massage lol also I have bicep tendonitis with is annoyingly effecting my rom . 💜
When mine are sore I only move them to shoulder height or until the point of gentle stretch not strain … ease into it 🙏
