I might have this. It starts an hour after a hard workout and stays for 3 days. Mostly hard to breath. Last time it was as if i was suffocating for 3 days. Wasn't able to breath without actively inhaling :(
Ive been wondering what happen me to when i cycling and after, i have difficulty of breathing, what i remember,i didnt make a warm up before cycling. This started happen in this year, i am an active cycling since 2017.maybe this video answered my thought.
@@VividBoi when i exercise way to much in one day i feel like i need to cough 24/7. i am not out of shape, i play soccer 4 times a week, i am running the days i am not exercising and some weekends i walk s marathon.
@@VividBoi I know this is late😆 But in my case this is not true:) I realised I had EIA when I started sprint trainings as an 11-12 year old. Even at my fittest, I had trouble with my breathing. For me, the severity increases the more I push myself. I usually have to opt out of high intensity exercises for a couple minutes or decrease my intensity. Rest definitely helps haha
A doctor told me I have this, they gave me a pump but I haven’t used it yet since I don’t exercise much and it only comes out up when I do cardio type exercises like running, I think I should get the pump replaced since I want to start exercising regularly soon. Speaking of before I was diagnosed I always placed my inability to breathe when doing activities on my overall inactivity, even though I walked a lot, ran up and down stairs and inclines and had PE class once a week it never occurred to me or those around me that it would be a form of asthma
I threw away my inhaler a long time ago. Decided i didn't want a permanent pair of crutches. If the world decides to take me out with an asthma attack, so be it.
I have an interesting story about my EIA. So during COVID I had PE in school, and near the start of the year I got COVID (got lucky, cause it was incredibly mild) and after I still had trouble breathing. My mom sent multiple notes to the pe coaches asking for me to not participate but they didn’t listen. One day during warmups, I find it really hard to breath. I go to the nurse and after sitting in there for like an hour, I can go back to class. Happens two days later during the pacer, and this time my mom picks me up early and I have a doctors appointment. Turns out I had EIA. I also had multiple asthma attacks and no one did anything. I dropped out of pe

You need to get checked out. Lots of other things that can cause shortness of breath while exercising.
But it gets better soon if I take rest
That could just be shortness of breath due to not being fit enough to preform what your demanding your body to do.
