What about Chinese top ends for blasters, especially the cast pistons. Are they worth running? And how many hours should be expected from a Chinese piston included in a ebay/amazon rebuild kit
Luck of the draw on those my friend had one that lasted 2 seasons of light riding, I tried one it lasted 2 weeks of hard riding then the skirt broke off and had to split the cases to get all the metal out. Wiseco and pro x is the only thing I’d run if you want good consistent reliability!
Yeah when I see electrical things that I need, I almost always go with OEM or something from Kevin at south Texas banshee, his stuff is some of the highest quality wiring harnesses I’ve seen.

Can you do a factory wore harness with whatever items you don't need removed, float the ground on an OEM stator then run the JL industries DC Conversion?
I have a 1986 Suzuki LT 250 just recently had it rebuild it seems to not want to start now it does have spark fuel air everything won’t even start with starter fluid what do you think it is

I was looking at these for a cr80 I got without spark and glad I didn't go that route.
I'm running the same cdi box but with stock wiring, stock coil,stock 12v regulator.i couldn't get no spark with the Amazon wiring kit though

It's hard to beat OEM for quality & reliability but its hard on your wallet. I just spent $1300 for a CDI, coil, stator and flywheel.
Price keeps going higher and higher. It's crazy.
