      AC voltage can be mesured in degrees as it oscilated at a given frequency
      through two 180° sine waves.
      It becomes even more complex when one has Three Phase or when ther are
      Inductve/capacitive loads causing voltage to lead current or vice vesa.
      Answer me this. Does current flow over the surface of a conductor or does it flow
      through it like water through a pipe?

    • @asadulhaq6689
      @asadulhaq6689 5 років тому +24

    This only makes sense for Chinese people to buy, and that's the market it's intended for. Shipping within China is dirt cheap. You can get something from anywhere in mainland to wherever your door is for about 2$-5$ and Taobao protects buyers: you can actually make sure it works before confirming reception. Only then does the seller receive any money. Otherwise you can file for a return and they usually refund shipping too. I'd say this comes from a vendor that probably got his hands on a stockpile of laptops with dead motherboards and figured the converted CPUs would sell much faster like that than as spare parts for old laptops.

      @Bor Zver Most of these videos are pre-recorded from a few days ago, usually anywhere from a week to two weeks from before. Then he sends them to his team of like 5-6 editors who then edit it, then when they finish editing them they usually put them on delayed releases on youtube. Linus usually releases his stuff on Floatplane first, and releases stuff on youtube like a few days later. I've replaced my i5-2500 for a Xeon E5-2680v2, new motherboard and 32 GBs of DDR3 REG ECC RAM, for a total less of just a 8700k while performance is very comparable. Best 300 euros i've spent in a while.

    I'm still rocking a Intel core i7 4790k @ 4.4Ghz & 16GB DDR3 Memory @ 2400Mhz using a Nvidia 4GB GTX 980 still plays all games fine with 0 bottlenecks. Looking at benchmarks online the Intel core i7 8700k is not that much faster in games. 4790k still holds it's own no need to upgrade!

    • @rodmunch69
      @rodmunch69 6 років тому +3

      I had a 6-core 3930k @ 4.5hz and the same ram setup and went to a 7700k and it wasn't that much faster for most things - but it is faster, except for VR, in VR where stuff is rarely multi-threaded the 7700k was much faster. However the 4-score 7700k was slower overall, as in day to day desktop usage, it was laggy compared to the 6-core 3930k and I hated it. I went to an 8700k which gives you all the game performance increase of the 7700k, but with 6-cores - compared to a 4770k it's a huge increase in system performance.

      I've got an Intel i7-2600k at 3.4ghz with a 1070 graphics card. Despite the fact that it only has 4gb of RAM (the rest have died over the years since it was new) it still runs just about every game just fine on a 1920 x 1080 screen. That includes Fallout4 in VR, although it struggles a bit with Skyrim VR since I've put some mods on. If I could get new RAM for it, it would be great. Unfortunately it's very hard to get DDR2 nowadays.

      @@Here_is_Waldo I haven't used such a crappy low res monitor like that since 2006 when I went from a 1920x1200 to a 2560x1600. If you're gaming like a peasant at 1080p you don't really need much to pull it off.

      @@rodmunch69 MmmHmmm. Sure. Ignoring the fact that the 2600k is more than capable of running at 4k since that's more GPU than CPU, I'm not willing to trash a perfectly good PC and spend $2000 just for an extra 10fps that I won't notice. You can call me a peasant while I have money in the bank and you sit flat broke in front of your widescreen.
