I personally would have went on eBay and got a gtx 970 it’s only $200 and it out performs the 1650 though it may be used it gets the job done eBay also had a thing where if it came broke or not what you bought they’ll give you your money back guarantee

Wait for Intel's 12 gen, it has some killer value CPU, x100F series won't have enough threads for streaming, 6c/12t 12400F would be good enough. For GPU look for some used 970 or try to snatch a rtx 3050 on the release (27 Jan iirc). Idk about 12400+970/3050 power consumption, but for 10100 and 1650 even 400W power supply would be enough.

I built my first PC for $1,100 back in 2017. For the computer, it is still running great and I'm able to run all the games at high to ultra settings, including VR games. Meanwhile, I'm holding onto my PC until those future games will not support my computer or something brand new is released in gaming that requires newer hardware, and my current PC won't support it.
maybe one day I’ll get a PC, but for now I’m also keeping my memory alive!

I literally built *nearly* the same pc a while ago by myself. Just used a Ryzen 5 3500 (+ b450m motherboard to make it compatible) instead of an i3, damn that's a crazy coincidence. Games work really fine, CPU just got really hot in mine, so I had to purchase a better cooler than the standard one.
What kind of cooler you got I might use this build
The ryzen 5 3600 is the same cpu i used in my build (that I also based off of one of Joey's builds), it's a great cpu for the price. One of the things I read when I was doing research on it was that it gets HOT with the stock cooler. After reading that I purchased a scythe mugen 5 rev-b air cooler, for the price ($50 amazon) it's a beefy air cooler and can't be beat imho!

I literally just found you a month or so ago and grabbed a Zotac RTX 3060, so I followed your recent siege build and couldn’t be happier honestly!
Sorry but i couldn't tell if this build guide was made in 2022 or 2020. If you're going to make a build guide at least use stuff that is brand new. i get that gpu prices are stupid right now but you could've gotten a 12100F or something. also spending money on a funcopop is a waist of money at $750. Also you could've gotten a 80+ gold psu for 10 bucks more. Also 80+ doesn't mean the psu wont brake. it means it has good efficiency. But 80+ bronze isn't good. Also rgb is a really big waist when the main thing you want out of a gaming pc is to game. Performance and value come first before looks. Also, you should've gone with a non-modular psu. would've been cheaper and would've done the same thing. I love your content but this build guide was not the best you've done.

I looked around and I found a great case that has great airflow, tempered glass, and it has all the features the case in this video has but this one also comes with 3 rgb fans. It’s called the apevia prodigy lmk if it’s good bc I think that will add a lot more rgb.
Just found out the only way to control rgb is from the controller or the case itself so if u wanna use a software, a different one would be your best choice
Just found a way better gpu, it’s cooler looking, more memory bus and higher clock speed. It’s the Asus GeForce GTX 1650 Overclocked 4GB Dual-Fan Edition VR Ready HDMI DP 1.4 DVI Graphics Card (Dual-GTX1650-O4G)
Another thing im going to upgrade is the cpu. Its a i3 10105f, just a slightly better version of the i3 10100f but with more performance for less than 10 bucks.
I changed the case to a Corsair 4000d airflow that I got for 94 bucks
I’m adding Uphere argb fans (6 pack) that I got for only 37 bucks
Joey, my mans, thanks to you I finally made my first build about 2 weeks ago, following your vids with parts differing from your builds, but the one I used for a template was the Twitch one, from there swapped a couple parts and built it and its running beautifully.

@@ran2fye Mainly switch motherboard and cpu for more up-to-date ones, so that I can customize and upgrade with no problems in the future, but that just means I had the option for it, next in my list is gpu and 32-64gb Ram sticks.

Made the mistake of buying some 1000watt knock off psu. Shit burned up and my rx580 didnt work after that. Didnt knw what gold and bronze rated psu meant this was my first time building a pc

How well do you think this would perform for games like valorant or warzone ?
These are fine and Dandy until you realize most PC ports have no care put into them so you literally need to have OVERKILL hardware in order to run mid tier games. Hitman 2 is a good Example of Dogsh*t programming, You couldn't run Hitman 2 with this PC on High and the game is 4 years old now.
How can i3-10100f support xmp of 3200 MT/s ?? Mine i5-10400f only goes to 2666MT/s.

I got a question tho. Will enabling XMP for the RAM really add some boost? I thought i3 10100F is limited to 2666mhz. I'm kinda clueless with these things, I just saw it in the specs of the CPU since this is what I plan to build with soon. I'm now unsure if I should go for 3200mhz RAM or the 2666mhz ones 😅

@@clintjudeeda8684 I got the i3-12100F instead it's just a bit more expensive but it has a way better price to performance ratio. It even outperforms single core performance of the Ryzen 5 3600. It supports 3200 mhz RAM as well. If it's over the budget its really worth saving a bit more.
