I would recommend "Pilot | Learn English with Ricky Gervais." It is on the long side, but a number of reactors have reacted to it. It doesn't get blocked. And it's very well done, nice build. I think you'd have fun with it.
The craziest thing is that all of that “comedy” is true, that’s how pathetic things have become. I love how Ricky just doesn’t care who’s toes he stomps on, he’s saying what everyone else is thinking, they just can’t believe that someone has the nerve to say it out loud, especially at at ridiculous award ceremony. It's funny until you discover he was speaking absolute facts and exposing just how vulgar, perverse, disgusting and evil that Hollywood ( and the entertainment industry in general) truly is. Those reacting so negatively and with shock show themselves to be the most guilty of the things he said. Great job Ricky!
I love that Scorcese, DiCaprio and DeNiro were cracking up at him. Hanks looks worried that something will come out. Ricky is so right about the fact that they have no business lecturing people who work a 40 hour week to put food on their tables. He's so on the ball with most of this.
The best part about this was Ricky saying “we are all gonna die soon” And then the “In memoriam” joke where he said “let’s wait till next year (2021) and see what happens”. This was in January 2020. Covid was in March.
He never backs away from the truth, especially about all the protected elites. The sad thing is that the only reason he can do it is because he's cancel proof.
