Iyo was right, it was my dad's fault for marrying my mom who failed to tell Iyo to max traces despite the fact that my grandma knows Iyo is a fucking content creator who make guides. Okay, joke aside, it's Jesus' fault. Confirmed. No arguments would be taken, thanks!
29:30 I gotta call iyo out on this. The one point that pokke made that made me reconsider iyos commitment. Was the fact that iyo had 1815 reserve stamina. Not current stamina, RESERVED. This means that he had more than abundance of stamina to try and minmax some of his builds. There wasn't anything holding him back. You cant say your giving it your all, when the bare minimum investment couldn't be bothered with.. Sure you maybe didnt have enough to go from a 3cylce to a 2 cycle. But that excuse only works when you already farmed to the maximum of your ability. If you have that much reserve stamina, it means you didnt even try to play the game at all. Went in with mimium effort, and thought that team-comp alone would carry you I hope people see through iyo's lie. Cause while it may not be a big deal in the grand scheme of things. It is it a bit weird that he would use this deflection.
oh no man, I 100% can see through his bullshit. He's so narcissistic it's not even funny anymore. How the fuck do you not feel bad to your teammate? you said you're committed to the tourney, yet you don't even do the bare minimum (maxing your traces, characters and LCs) . Pokke is not blaming you Iyo, you are the problem, no respect at all to your teammate, your opponents and the host. They give their 100% yet you didn't even give the bare minimum. Shameless.
It really aint that deep but there's no excuse to not have stuff maxed for a 10k pvp tournament... someone close to Iyo really needs to pull him to the side & just tell him to start admitting when he's wrong. People will respect that way more instead of excuses/gaslighting every time he messes up. Ego or not you gotta learn when to take accountability.
I get what you're saying but none of this matters If the win is still not guaranteed. I get that people like to hate on Iyo and nitpick everything he says because they already don't like him but this is still a game and complaining that somebody just doesn't own up and say they were stupid or wrong feels petty.
It got deep after the tournament. When Iyo started lying about what happened and even told someone in Pokke chat to unalive themselves... Yeah Iyo is not cool.
30:53 iyo that doesnt make sense. A tie + a chance of winning /loosing is worse, than just straight loosing ? ? ? what ? ? ? IYO, are you high right now?
Pokke made great points and Iyo takes no accountability and Iyo was completely at fault. As someone who is one of the person who makes guides and teach people how to play, he does not show it.
Logically speaking, I think Pokke was right. If you were to choose between someone who didn't max their traces vs someone who did, most people would choose the latter because it eliminates the chances of failure. It's like this: -Would you rather have a skill that fail 50% of the time or 40% of the time? -95% crit or 100% crit? 3% chance of obtaining a 5* or 6% chance of obtaining a 5*? What I'm saying is: there might have been miscommunication and he might have given his best in gameplay, but in terms of commitment, he was lacking and that was showed with his reserved stamina. Mr.pokke said that he agreed on fully committing, which is why he was compelled to make a video about it What people love is consistancy and that can be said for almost everything (Especially in the FGC). So having a small boost of power to upgrade your chance on not leaving the enemy with 1HP remaining has bigger value than most people think But than again, it's just my opinion
this is not about consistently only, 50% crit rate or 60% crit rate might have a bit of impact since it's less RNG... BUT the most fatal part is the dmg multiplier and EXTRA ATK, CRIT STATS AND DMG MULTIPLIERS ON YOUR FUCKIN DPS BY UPGRADING YPUR TRACES! Like would you want to do 90% dmg (not crit rate) or 120% dmg... now you see the problem? if you see iyo's gameplay, he has problems killing the enemy that have 1% HP, IF he upgraded his traces he could easily kill that. Let's not forget how he didn't even bother to max lvling his UNIT AND LC. Jesus fuckin christ how the fuck is this man a guide maker.
It's always gonna be better if the character has higher lvl or max lvl skills. (I mean look at FGO, people would always gonna befriend others who got supports with max lvls and prefer to use them).
Wait wait wait what the f?? @19:54 Maxing traces has to be done with a teammate?? That's his excuse?? R u fking shitting me right now? U do that yourself as prep, wtf have we been doing all this time, R we supposed to call the homies everytime we level our traces??? Bro...💀
Pokke was using it as an excuse after the match was over. If he was really concerned with that, he should have reminded him beforehand, not when it was a convenient tool to ridicule him.
@@letsrank9349 it's not pokke's fault for not reminding him .. they are both a teamate xD mr.pokke is all set but iyo doesn't seem to care and btw he is a fighting game player .. caling us a baby when he can't max tracess and blame it on rng xD

39:15 how about when thousands of dollars are on the line? Your teammate was committed to pulling a character, lightcone and build them up to the rest of the field so your team would have options. When your teammate is like that I would hope you have the decency to be the same or have the common sense to press 1 button when you already have the materials needed.
I think maxing out traces or whatever is and should be a no brainer to get your damage or support stuff up and this was a 10k reward tournament so weather you use the character or not you should have at least done stuff like maxing out traces I can relate to the lack of com think tho
Dude for sure has a PhD in not taking the blame. And he think he is legit and good at it too. It's not ego anymore at this point. It just borderline psychotic
22:03 "That doesn't change a 3 cycles to a 2 cycles" Why the lie tho? The enemy was literally 1hp. If you maxed the traced they would have died. Yes you brought it up in the twitch call but Pokke called you out that that was a bad argument. He did not agree that it would not have change the outcome. I think this is why people gets triggered by Iyo. If he would just own up and say something "Yeah my bad I fumbled there", it would have been done. Mistakes happen, and it happen to the best of us. People would understand and it won't turn into such a big thing. But no Iyo had to throw shade smh.
It's not like Iyo committed a crime. If it was mistake, he should just say he's sorry. If he gave a sincere apology, no one would be that upset. Mistakes happen during group projects, it's happened to all of us. But if you messed up, say you're sorry with sincerity and move on.
So he says he knows that maxing skills would make a difference and that poke was not there with him life previous teammates to tell him that maxing abilities make them strong. Okay strange argument but at least you acknowledge that maxing the ability is the correct play and that you didn’t do it But then you later use a hindsight argument (which has nothing to do with prep you failed to do) saying that it would not have made a difference in your cleartimes anyway? That’s just very strange logic
