Overall it is a bad sign I think, the revenue itself doesn’t matter that much, but it’s trending downwards the last two months which is bad. To be fair though it only includes the first 2 days of SK’s banner and XLY’s banner was the other revenue source this month, which is very limiting since he was free so most of the sales are coming from SK probably. Most sales do occur in the first couple days though, so that is probably a good chunk of SK’s sales, and with a Jiyan rerun coming next month that was barely hyped at all plus people wanting to save for Camellya, I doubt next month’s revenue will be that much better, though it probably will be better just because it’s including all the rest of SK’s sales and the start of Jiyan’s, which is the most amount. Overall this isn’t a great sign but the game isn’t dead either, hopefully 1.4 and 2.0 can bring it back, especially with Yinlin rerunning, which has so far been the second highest selling banner I think, so that will most likely generate more revenue than Jiyan’s rerun and Camellya coming into the game who has been probably the second most hyped character in the game, behind Scar. Edit: More sales come from PC but still, there’s no reason to assume that a downward trend on mobile wouldn’t equal a downward trend on PC as well. The game isn’t running out of money but they need to do something big if they want to get back near the top in terms of mobile revenue

Somewhat unrelated from the vid because sensor tower is not a reliable way to see if a game is dying, especially in this instance. But something I’ve said from the early days is they need to add more value packs to the shop for events. So far it’s only the 2 packs per premium currency type before you have to buy asterite directly which costs a CRAZY amount of money to buy enough for pity, especially after redeeming your one time double up. I think the current value of the ways to spend money in the game aside from the monthly pass and battle pass(which is cutting it close on not being worth with the amount of pulls) is pretty bad for both light spenders and whales. Feel like a market they’re ironically missing out on are people who would be willing to spend money if there was a pack that was a really good deal, no reason there shouldn’t be more variety in the store

I don't spend in WuWa. I got Yinlin, her weapon, Jinhsi, her weapon, Changli, her weapon, Zhezhi, her weapon, and Shorekeeeper, her weapon. Wuwa gives enough asterites that managing my saved pulls like not pulling for Jiyan, his weapon or Xiangli Yao and his weapon, plus a little luck winning the 50/50 and getting a couple earlies, I don't need to spend to get both the character and the weapon I want. Edit: Oh, I buy lunite. So I spend about 5 bucks a month (I think). Still, I don't feel the need to spend coz Kuro's generous. They have a freaking guaranteed weapon banner man. That helps coz if it was 50/50, with how bad some of the 4 star weapons are, ppl will spend.

Bear in mind as well, that they have made a lot of optimisations to the game on mobile which were introduced with 1.3, such as the controller support, that is going to bring a lot of players back to the game on mobile, I have no concerns, Shorekeeper and Camellya are going to help it no end, but they need to give us more info on the console release for PS5, that will bring a lot of interest to the game, I think that should be a priority along with how they listen to their players feedback and continue to improve the game, I am excited for 1.4, I have said it before, I got Shorekeeper really quickly within 30 pulls, but I paid to pull on her weapon and it took a little longer to nab it, but I got it, plus I always buy the monthly subscription to get my 300 Lunite and daily 90 Astrite, also I pay for the Podcast Insider Channel too. Its going to be fine.

yeah many seem to forget that WuWa also has 100% weapon banners less pity needed and characters also less pity needed and you win rate up character more, so many players doesnt need to spend that much if at all.

Due to how heavy WuWa is to run, the vast majority of the player base is on PC which isn't reflected in the gacha revenue charts. Add to the fact that the other games on the top of this list (e.g. Genshin) are very mobile friendly, that explains the seemingly vast difference between WuWa and the other games at the top of this list.

You are correct. ⚠️ The Gacha Revenue charts ONLY track mobile revenue. Not PC. Not console. And we already know WuWa is more of a PC game than a mobile one. That's why I don't take this chart seriously for WuWa.

Firstly , the whole of last patch was filler , meaning many player have atleast 10k astrites saved up and their earnings for last patch was definitely on the lower side . This patch, the whales are the only ones cashing for the rc6 sk and s5 weapon . Whilst all the low spenders ( welkin and bp) probably didn’t buy anything because they have enough astrites saved for sk and her weapon. Now , the real chart should be for Camellya’s release , since hers is gonna be after jiyan most people would have only around 35 pulls saved and will probably cash for Camellya

Just admit it, Wuwa will most likely never surpass Hoyo's products in terms of sales. That is the truth, at least for a foreseeable future. However, I believe they make damn well enough that they can keep WW up and running. And if we can learn anything from PGR, and from WW thus far, is that Kuro cooks, and players eat well. That's all there is to it. The hoyo fan can go back to their GI channel already, no need to diss every single Open world gacha out there that doesn't reach their Hoyo daddy's revenue. Doing so won't make Hoyo implement a better artifact preset system. Better give them more money yeah?
