Hi, great video! The hell with those who complain...your video is very informative and detailed, which helps many who never did this. I thank you! Much appreciated.
I just recent got a whole kitchen of door and drawers, for free! I am so excited! I am going to have to resize 7 out of 21 doors. Your video is exactly what I need to do. Thank you so much for the comprehensive instructions!! I am wondering what type of blade do you use in your table saw?
I hate to ask you this but what should i use to widen a cabinet to accommodate wall oven its slightly narrow. need to remove with grain 1/8" on each side. What's the best tool machine
There are several ways to accomplish your cabinet goals, you can remove one of the cabinets and insert a spacer and then stain it the correct color, and put the cabinet back on, or you might be able to use a router to take the 1/4" off one side of the cabinet, or even 1/8" off each side if you want it centered. Hope that helps!
@@HowToHeaven picture an open cabinet for double ovens and around the perimeter of this opening is a face frame coming into the opening. the width of this opening is 28 1/2 inches the unit is 28 1/2" so i need to shave off 1/8 on each side to make it work. I don't own router.
@@LubaLuba1 Without a router it will be extremely tough. You can try a circular saw or a chisel but you must be very skilled and 1/8" off each side is very small, maybe better to cut 1/4" off one side and live with it being a little off center....doubt if anyone would know!

Your welcome, thanks for watching.
At 15:45 - using a table saw would of been the easiest way to remove the excess. Great video
man, great job. wonder what it would cost to hire this out.
Thanks, I have no idea, I'm sure it wouldn't be cheap, the cabinets were new. Thanks for watching!

lots of work, did you cut down the boxes too ?
Yes, but this was the hard part, so I thought I would post a video, since UA-cam doesn't have any.
should show how it looks installed onto the wall
That would be nice, but that was NOT the focus of this video, I hope it helped you in some way. Thanks for watching HowToHeaven
I prefer to build with Woodglut plans.
