- Israeli occupation forces killed Hala Abulebdeh's entire family in Gaza during this genocide.
Hala is a Palestinian pharmacist from Gaza and Chevening Scholar who graduated from Glasgow University.
Two of Hala’s sisters, Razan and Tasneem, were both doctors, while her brother Eslam and her sister Shahad were engineers. Her fifth sister, Reem, was a physiotherapist working with Medicine Sans Frontier (MSF) while both her parents, Hamdan and Amena, were qualified teachers.
Since recording the interview Palestine Deep Dive, Hala says she received information that neighbours managed to reach her home once more despite the ongoing danger posed by Israeli forces. This time they discovered clothes belonging to her brother which they say are covered in blood.

Essential oils can be really helpful when you're dissociating, I also used them when I was more recently traumatised to be able to get through medical treatment. I can only imagine all she went through and the toll it took on her soul.

Shut up. This is going on for many decades. U see Hamas starts war? Hamas is a resistance which started because of Israel’s apartheid system and systematic oppression and terrorism against local Palestinians. The genocide is not new, it happened few times before. Whenever there was a resistance . Sometimes unprovoked. You see, Israelis are Europeans, white. They were kicked out by Germany. Europe and USA should take them back. Among the Arab Muslim countries, why there is a Jew country? To create regional trouble? Why kill Jews in Germany, slaughter them (Jews were slaughtered by Christian Germans, not Muslims) and put them in the middle of Arab region called Palestine (by UK colonizer)? Just because a thousand of year old book said Jews should return to their Israel the holy land ? So this slaughter is acceptable? Even if you are a Jew or Christian, this is not the way. I am a Muslim and a believer of abrahamic faith. A believer of Adam, Noah, David, Solomon, Moses, Jesus, Mohammed. I know we are not taught to by the prophets or God to do systematic oppression against people in general. But whites are doing it for centuries. American history of slavery. European colonization. South Africa. Now Israel. Have u heard the interview? Gazans are not allowed to leave. They cannot find a job in Gaza or Israel. Someone educated cannot get access to companies for 15 years! It’s just like a prison. Educated people cannot find job. This is totally sad and heartbreaking. What is infuriating that Hala has to show us that her family members were great human beings . Israeli military is unjustly killing innocent people and wiping out whole family lines in Gaza. What Israeli government and military are doing is so evil.
My message must be conveyed to this woman to spend the rest of her life teaching the Palestinians to live with love and start respecting people of other religions, it will be better for everyone. And do not beget children like animals. More numbers do not bring victory, they increase suffering.

I must say that the Security Council must send the peacekeeping force in Gaza to oversee the application of the decision to immediately cease fire on the ground, the Jews are often manipulating the decisions issued by the official authorities.
Hatred, terrorism and wars bring a lot of tragedy to both sides. There are no winners. May this woman heal. May all those who have lost loved ones heal. May our world heal.
This is a one sided conflict - Israel is the aggressive intruder. They are not supposed to be there, taking away other people's land. Without Israel's behaviour there would be no violence, Israel is the sole reason and culprit for all this, starting in 1948, violently stealing other people's land, committing massacres to achieve ethnic cleansing through all those decades. Everything Palestinians have done has only been a reaction, and a weak reaction btw, they are mostly trying peaceful resistance, which has been completely useless - hundreds of times less people have been killed on Israeli side, so... oct 7th was an act of desperation. And why did Israel put a music festival right next to the wall of a concentration camp, where people are trying to break out regularly (as is their right)? Why does Israel put villages next to a concentration camp?
