Wait, if the troll tells the same half baked riddles when you try to enter but there’s a camp of people that can’t solve riddles to leave that either means you keep inviting dumb people to your tower or he’s just pretending to give really easy riddles to let visitors in and trap them. Either fire him or get him a pet so he isn’t so lonely.

Mitch's description of anxienty is what I am feeling a lot, thinking 10 steps ahead. first I though it’s "good planning" but with time I realized it’s overthinking and I do try what Jackson mentioned - have a sort of a list in my head, one thing after the other, maybe more spontaneous. that helps. realizing the problem is step one of working on it (less overthinking)
I feel for you, Mitch. My husband and myself have the same anxiety problems. It truly is something that is super difficult to control. Ive been taken to the hospital thinking that I was having a heart attack. It gets bad when they recognize you. 😂 My head never just shuts up. Wasnt trying to write a book here, I just want you to know that the struggle is real. ❤
