- Get a good lav microphone (for example from Rode)
- animals or leaves are seen in the shots. Re-do the shots to make it perfect
- leave out dialog shots that just say „this is the bathroom“. Think what you can say about every room beforehand and present it properly
- last but not least: don‘t let the camera man talk behind the camera.

Something doesn't look right with the upper cross section of property at start of video either the concrete is of poor quality or it hasn't been rendered to a good standard it just looks very odd.
the white outside walls are bobbly... the texture is not smoothened out well, sun/shades are making this visibly on certain times during the day. if you know the differences in high and low quality, then the trained eye will immediately spot this.
