i actually did the same thing, i designed one and made a local welder make it.. but it had a design flaw.... it wouldnt submerge ... so i just contacted the pullpal manufacturer and ordered! its great so far!
@@valkyrierescues7861 I wondered how they would work in sand .I cobbled mine from a spade shovel, and square tube from a bunk bed it plows good but to heavy. I went a lil overboard with gussets lol, I'll probably end up doing the same and order a good one.
How does it work in ground that is frozen solid? Such as would be found late winter in North Dakota or other cold regions where frost goes down 3 or 4 feet! Demo please.
@@pacek9341 I would like to see an actual demonstration. When excavators and backhoes need special “frost buckets” to penetrate the frozen soil, I really don’t see this getting much bite. But then I am always willing to learn something new.
Yes I live up there. You won't get stuck in the mud when it's frozen. Usually you can dig your way out of the snow. Running off the road into a deep ditch, well hope some one shows up to help. Lol
@@haveraygunwilltravel Well, I lived in that part of the world for 70 of my years….49 of those 70 in the oil fields of ND, MT, and WY. I know a little about conditions there. The reason I am asking.
@@dondavidson3440 to be honest i have not tried on such terrain, however as i have noticed, the harder the ground the more effective it gets though i do not know to what limit.
That was executed perfectly! Thanks for sharing!
thank you brother, much appreciated!
I use a boat anchor for a big boat
Crazy I just built one for the farm ,they are a handy tool to have around

Why are people always barefoot in the worst situations?
i have no idea 😂
No spines, no sharp things, why wear footwear.
How is the beach a worst situation? 3 million Hawaiians want to know😂

It can be a challenge to get it started and might need manual help, but it ends up working well. Had friends that carried them in Alaska.

Great video

You didn't have your recovery chain on your anchor. I only made that mistake once!
oh i made that mistake .... it was a cute lesson ... especially in scorching heat
Great self rescue 💪
thank you bro, just posted another self rescue, this time i was gona melt from the heat
Nice 👍🏻
Thank you
Yer ok that's prity cool, soooo how do you get it back???
unlike how i did it, the proper way is to tie a tree saver beforehand so the extraction becomes easy. theres a hole made for that purpose.
Rippa!!! Out the same way in. Easy as...
Okay now recover the anchor
never gona make that mistake again haha
Does it come out if you pull in opposite direction?
yes, that is the proper way, as it has a hole on the spade section for that purpose
And they said this was a bad IDEA 😂
Only one other person realized that skinny dude was farking BAREFOOT in the he gd snow!?!!!??
oh that i would like to see ... but to clarify that is not snow, thats a blanket of salt from the receding seasonal tides.
ممتازة انا شريتها من MBI
ما شاء الله. ممكن نشوف فيديو؟
