    The main cause of the Dust Bowl was drought. The Great Plains are, after all, basically a steppe environment. Steppe environments periodically suffer from extended periods of drought. In fact, the northern part of the Great Plains has been undergoing such a period of drought for the last decade. But we now know and use better ways to manage the land that helps keep giant dust storms from forming as a result of drought.

    the audio has constant background noise from the reactor audio. can you run it through a noise filter, or simply mute the audio when the reactor isn't speaking?

    Not good choices in editing way too many scenes that were critical and emotional were cut out. Instead less impactful scenes were kept. Strange choices as if trying to minimize the meaning of this movie.

      close, The formula to overcome gravity and get the ship of the earth was what the binary code was all about. they could not leave earth bcs the ship was so big and gravity was to strong. Saturn is just a rest stop for the next galaxy to populate in the future. its like camping at the airport.

    The dust bowl wasn't really caused by over farming, it was caused by a drought and bad farming practices like not rotating crops, and monocropping.

      @@popcornroulettereactions Constructive criticism. I’ve watched numerous popcorn roulette reactions (and criminal content)… what hinders me from subscribing is the inconsistency of reactions because of different reactors styles; e.g. Coby’s reactions v. this - pretty clear difference in enthusiasm, emotion, and comments. But hey, maybe that’s what other viewers like (variations in reactors and reactions), to each their own. I’ll just continue to be unsubscribed watching only the specific reactors I find entertaining. Best wishes to both channels.

      @@est1977santosLA that's exactly what the issue is. You're expecting a different reaction comparing two seperate people but wanting the same emotions. Everyone reacts differently and add in this was only their 2nd reaction, then they may not be used to showing all their emotions in front of a camera. Either way their reaction seemed genuine. They explained why the earth was failing near the beginning. It was a new kind of organism called blight that fed on nitrogen and was able to outcompete plants but was not able to convert co2 to o2 like plants do, which is why all the crops were failing and the last to starve would be the first to suffocate.

    I've seen multiple reactions to this movie, and everyone has an unique POV of the movie. The most remarkable thing almost every reactor doesn't seem to realize..... that the love of Brands life is Edmunds who will be (according to relativity shift) is 74 years older then her and probably died years before she arrived. (23 years on the waterplanet, 51 years in their sling shot around the black hole) This is of course if the time dilation on Edmunds planet will be the same as on earth.

    • @HiddenWindshield
      @HiddenWindshield 3 місяці тому

      Edmunds' real-time age wouldn't be a factor in a universe where cryo-sleep is so easily available. He was planning to spend most of that time asleep, just like Mann.
      However, Edmunds _is_ dead. At the end of the movie (not shown in this video), you can see Brand setting up a plaque on a pile of rocks, as though it were a grave site. According to the novelization, he'd died when a rockslide crushed the base with his cryo-pod in it. That's why Edmunds' beacon stopped transmitting three years before the Endurance's arrival.

    This movie supposedly portrays "Bulk Beings", which are real entities according to excellent key to Matrix, life changing book on Quantum Physics by Joseph Selbie called "The Physics Of God", proving we are not soulless machines destined to ever die! Can be found on here, friends!!!🤗💕
    However, my own UNPOPULAR😅 personal opinion here,...
    Having been born in '71, im sadly & tragically allergic to cgi "new" Hollywood, & being introduced to Matthew McCaughnehey(?)😅 in his first role in "Dazed & Confused", it was hard enough to put aside to begin with. Then dust patterns turn out to be coordinates. Ok?Like that would ever happen? Maybe bulk beings calling? I wouldn't know.😅 But ok? Then leads to only mission on earth to save planet. Ok??? Then just down the road. Ok?😅 Guess he stayed close to where he used to work? Ok again, even being that it just so happened to be his old boss & crew as well. Then comes the tough decision to go, knowing youll never return & the heartbreak of having to tell your child. Well, i cant imagine & was still "on board" & finally ready to go. But as soon as baby's momma sits down i was done! Sorry, but is just cheap & lazy script writing, an unnecessary element added just for the audience to be emotionally wrecked by the end. Astronauts are lucky to actually go up once, let alone a second time. And every crew different since at least the '80's. Maybe, possibly, a female & male astronaut hooked up in space, but a good chance has never happend. To be forced to get emotionally involved in some former romance for sake of feelies is not what i bought movie for!😅
    Thought was a Sci-Fi adventure, not a Rom-Sci! Wouldn't happen in a 100 alternate realities or planes of existence. Maybe a 101😅, but never on this plane!
    All that said, is actually said out of envy, friends! Wish i could enjoy it as much as you & i know most of you think this is a masterpiece & doesnt matter what i think. This makes me happy! Whatever your Jam, may it continue to bless you & yours!
    Unfortunately no bulk beings for me!
    ✌️😔

    I enjoyed the reaction but editing a 3 hour movie into a 33 minute reaction video made this feel incomplete and very choppy. Felt like I couldn’t feel the reaction because so many parts were left out or cut short. Video should’ve been at least 45 minutes long for a movie of this length. Just my opinion but overall I still enjoyed it

      @main9613 3 місяці тому

      Yeah but even if 33 minutes. When it comes to reaction channels, editing is the #1 most important part. It is possible for a 33min interstellar video, but every reaction and every important line of dialogue counts.

    • @vincew4297
      @vincew4297 3 місяці тому

      @@main9613 I didn’t say it wasn’t possible but a reaction that short for a movie like this isn’t going to be the best in terms of quality. I still enjoyed the reaction but the reaction felt incomplete. So many emotional parts of the film got edited out or cut really short so her reaction at certain parts felt like it didn’t make sense.

    Great reaction Teja like always, my absolute favorite movie. And yes this movie wrecks everyone the first time. its a Nolan masterpiece. The score is beautiful and the story is emotionally compelling, Incredible. Amazing. Spectacular. Stupendous. Breathtaking. Excellent. Perfect. These are all synonyms of this masterpiece of cinema. The sentence "because my dad promised me" always makes me cry heavily. Murph is the most important scientist in human history, she has changed the course of the future through scientific knowledge but she says that the very one thing she was certain in life was the love her father had for her, that made her certain of his return.
    There are some fun facts about this movie. The real TARS isn’t precisely the complex AI machine you saw in the movie; rather, TARS is a giant puppet. Interestingly, lollipop sticks inspired the robot’s design. Behind the 200lbs (90.72kg) robot was Bill Irwin, who voiced the character and controlled its movements. However, he left the more complicated moves for stunt man Mark Fichera, Christopher Nolan wanted that this movie to remain as close to actual science as possible.
    As a result, he joined forces with the 2017 Nobel Prize for Physics winner, Dr. Kip Thorne, on the project. However, it wasn’t all smooth sailing as Dr. Kip Thorne and Christopher Nolan had disputes, while Nolan wanted to exceed the speed of light, Dr. Thorne stood his ground about staying true to science. Nolan finally came around and agreed to Dr. Thorne’s solution. Keeping in line with Nolan’s desire to maintain scientific accuracy, Dr. Kip Thorne provided the theoretical equations for the wormhole and black hole simulation. Paul J. Franklin and his team at Double Negative developed new CGI software that could realistically represent scientific phenomena in the film.
    Nolan wanted a brand new score for Interstellar, and he got that, he contacted Hans Zimmer and asked him to develop the score for the movie. However, he didn’t give Zimmer much to go off on.
    He simply presented Zimmer with a single-page text describing the movie’s main themes. So, without a script, title, or plot details, Zimmer created the score for Interstellar, in the end the score successfully embodied the heart of the movie. The shoots filmed in Dr.Manns planet was shot in Iceland, Svínafellsjökull Glacier, east of Skaftafell, an outlet glacier of Vatnajökull in Vatnajökull National Park.
    Note: Next time guys dont edit so much of this epic movie it was very EDIT. Keep up the good work.
