I see your picking hand, and hear you play, and I think definitely it works great. But seeing your pick grip, I'd have bet you couldn't pick fast and couldn't palm mute. Obviously I'm wrong, but I thought you had finger joint driven motion instead of wrist, and that there was too much space under your hand to properly palm mute. The more I see guys on UA-cam absolutely killing it on guitar, and see how wildly different their picking hands are, the more I think everyone's picking hand is different and we all have to find what works for each of us.
