Dont you have the stiffness flipped? Rear should be stiffer than the front. Curious to hear your testing of that to see how it under/oversteers
No, I think it's best to dial front down as needed, then the rear up, or off.
your detailed videos are much appreciated. Perhaps one day you can use your experience at BC to make us a video about how to pick the right components for a custom coilover build. I could just go with what others on my forum run but I think i'd learn a lot more if you broke down the process of how to match spring rate and valving for how you drive your car. Keep up the good work Taylor!

Put a couple of tack welds on the offset spacers to the rack
I think you got the swaybar theory backwards. In a midcorner situation where the car is stable softening the front or stiffening the rear will cure understeer/induce oversteer and vice versa. Also, when the car is on the ground stationary your swaybar shouldn’t be loaded, that’s why you have the adjustable end links.

I want to say you installed the front end links wrong. I work for Infiniti and they links go in the front of the control arm. But the z might be different. So you might have a binding issue if you do I’d check that first. Unless the directions said to do that then disregard this comment. Great video by the way 👍🏻
While your doing all of this, please wire wheel the front fender and at least paint them black.. it would make it that much better!
Correct me if I’m wrong but wouldn’t going full stiff on the front give you more rear end grip? Or Is that what your aiming for?

I always wear gloves with my cutting disk I lost balance one day and hit my hand on it running and it cut through the gloves and my gunfire but I really think the glove minimized it by a lot

as long as you use the guard on the grinder when you can and wear safety glasses thats good enough, even if its only while on camera just to set a good example for the younger viewers.

Front sway bar links are on the wrong sides, you want them to be in the more vertical position, the ball joint on front of the bracket with the stud / nut on the rear, keep up the awesome vids 😉

Would it be difficult to only replace the sway bar bushings ? Or is it fairly easy. I am getting some typical rattling noise from the bushings and wanted a cheaper way to fix vs getting the entire bar.

too many changes at once might give you issues trying to dial in or correct a bad direction.
A stiffer rear sway bar would help get rid of understeer. A stiffer front will make it worse.

I was wondering the same, they have cheaper prices with decent quality parts. I need brakes for my car and they are like $90 total cheaper on rockauto than the auto parts stores
Rockauto is awesome. As long as you pick a good brand you get better prices than anywhere else. They even have stuff like Exedy twin plate clutches and Stoptech brake upgrades.

They're okay. Generally if you shop in the sort of mid-range you'll be good no matter what brand it is. Most brake stuff especially is all made by just a couple different manufacturers and rebranded.

Worked with grinders and sanders for years and have never heard of anyone saying you arent supposed to wear gloves with them. Definitely wear gloves
PowellMoore It’s lathes you are supposed to not wear gloves with, in case your glove catches and pulls the rest of your hand through the lathe.
Gloves with an angle grinder is the only way to do it. One slip and the fucker blows a disc next to your hand or a flap disc skins ya. Gloves are the way

Why would you buy adjustable anti-roll bars, but not adjustable end links? Without being able to properly corner balance the car you're not getting the full benefits of the suspension. But you should already know that since you work for a suspension company.
Lance Danley you don't need adjustable end links to corner balance. You just leave the sway bar connected and adjust coilovers. If you did have adjustable end links you would disconnect them, corner balance, then reconnect without preload. Adjustable end links do help with upgraded bars but not a must.
