Mesmerising and entirely wonderful.
Thanks a lot for this wonderful recital! Great zlata. ❤
Thank you for this Joe
1:23:21: mistake. No op. 32 no. 10 (in the program), but op. 23 no. 10.
A gargantuan programme superbly played by the wonderful Zlata Chochieva.
Oh she is so fierce!
Curious where the intermission took place.....wonderful playing!
The speed demon has got her. She can’t control her technique. I say this as constructive criticism. Otherwise, Zlata is a stunning performer. I think here performance of the first Rachmaninoff sonata is one of the best - for which, I think, the greater use of her technical power was fitting. She needs to be more strategic with her technique - know when to hold back.
How do you know she has no control of her technique? Can it be that’s how she prefers performing ALL these works? I’m a pianist, SO I KNOW. Personality counts!!!!
It sunds like an outdoor concert with maybe technical issues with registration.
Never the less it's an amazingly rich and beatiful piano event.
I wish I'd been there!
The only thing about this exceptional pianist is her lack of a full beautiful tone
I was at that concert, and believe me, the problem is with the recording quality
