What I ask myself is where the break even point between win and maintenance/repair cost is.
If you run machines that hard, the wear and tear on guideways ballscrews, and especially the spindle is insane.
The machine is underbuilt if it can't handle fully utilizing the spindle power that's built into it.
@@MF175mp do you Redline your Car all the Time because it's able to do so? What happens if you do? Nothing lasts forever 😉
@@mr.slowhand3843 I have "redlined" tractors that are tuned up 50% from original power all day long (using full rpm and over the original full power constantly), a car is not made for work. Good quality machines of all kinds are.
@@mr.slowhand3843 yeah comparing a car to a machine tool is kind of bonkers. i still run okuma and howas from the early 90s that make can interpolate diameters within .0004".
no need to say if you run a haas, tormach or another medium duty mill don't do this
Alright. That clip of the MASSIVE drilling op at about 6:00 had to have had some of the most satisfying noises of chips hitting the enclosure that I have personally ever had the opportunity to enjoy. That drill is some kind of mutant grizzly bear of a tool. I could listen to those monster chips hit that cabinet all day long!
Hey Titans can you please do a video on how some of the most popular bits for the cnc machines are created from the raw material to the end product if its possible?
I don't think he would know that
IOW you want a tour of a Kennametal plant. Well...Titan would probably be most happy to oblige.
Check out sandviks youtube channel. They got good stuff
That would be an awesome video I love that kind of content !!!
Profesionals: pushes tools to their breaking point
Amateurs: start working the tools at their breaking point and decreasing slowly
Solid!
Top KEK!
Peace be with you.
Jeeeez. Pshin en and with zero coolant. Im impressed
I took the day off from work today and of course I find myself watching the work I do from home. Lmao
Prayers out to Jessie.
Hypnotic beginning!
2:51 his face 😂😂
BOOM there ya go thats good stuff right there, still makes me cringe seening the vise be cut intentionally but its still awesome
5:45 sounds like a hailstorm
Please use zcc inserts to max limit
❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎 Booommmm !!! Love the channel...❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎 As a small entrepreneur watching ya all vids, my work makes sense again!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Keep um coming!
Incredible !
Please use Vc. Thanks
7:00 is that a thread ?
JODER QUE AVERIA HABÉIS LIADO EN UN MOMENTO !!!😱😱👍👍⚙⚙🔧🔧
Whaaw , the psychologic effect , of big blue chips flying all over the space ...IS MAGICAL ☯️☯️☯️☯️
GRTZ FROM THE NETHERLANDS JOHNY GEERTS
2:14 that's a SUS simbol for a German like me🤣
Idk anything about machining….. but I feel like this is superior shit !
I can't watch this anymore. It just makes me jealous 😂
Nice collection BOOM 💥
Mr titan we want you to make a video and tell us your expectations about AI and how it most effect the CAD CAM CNC workers BOOM 💥
and we wish you get better Mr jessie 🌷
Love that idea Mohammed, I’ll see if I can make it happen!
@@trevorgoforth8963
We are waiting brother 🌷
So coool man👍❤️
Show the load meter!!
I can hear the drill bits scream
Ever try to light a cigar or a match head off one of these bits after your torture sessions? 'Cuz I would, were I a ma(soch-)chinist... Great work you maniacs!
Hi Barry
Where is the coolant? :o
It was likely turned off for a better presentation.
Coolant is not important. End mill love high temperature
8:19 i wanna eat that chips :D
Tapped a m24 in d2 tool steel on a dnm 4500 straight through no pecking. I hit 158% spindle load 😂
My vmc allows 30 minutes of continuous 150% load in 40°C temperature environment. So basically I could use 150% all the time because the temperature in my shop is much lower than that and there are pauses in the operation.
How many of those did you do? That would be a pretty good quality tap! We were just doing some machining on some D2 yesterday. It doesn't come off quietly eh.
bowowow barry going to funky town
HI, DO A SHOP TOUR IAM FROM INDIA.
Why do you feel the need to let us know you're from India?
Booom...
Another compilation? lol
They must be out of ideas
Or sponsors
One thing they will never be out of though, HATERS. There's leftovers.
is this the background music ua-cam.com/video/Nr-4tB6zpwY/v-deo.html ?
Great if you lease those machines. They will wear out pretty fast running balls to the wall.
Immer die selben Videos, nur anders zusammen gestellt 👎
First
7:54 that tool is unusable after that for sure
That's ridiculous.....there's no need to tear up machinery and cut that fast
I call time lapse
