ROGUES WERE NEVER THIS BAD
I'm glad you understand the difference, because Ret fanboys don't. They think this is like Ice Mage / Rogue / DH ect... Those classes require skill and still have a ton of counter play. Rogue is a class that is arguably the hardest to play to its max potential.
Pika admitted that on Ret right now he is able to make massive mistakes and still win, with a Rogue that would never happen.

@@maagi1 DH does require skill yes…people have this preconceived notion that DH is a 2 button spec and is super easy. In DF they have a lot of buttons and have to keep up multiple buffs to do significant damage, not to mention they are pretty squishy. Keeping up demon soul and momentum requires more brain than a warrior that literally has like 3 buttons to press
DH requires skill of course everything requires a small amount of skill at least but dh is probably the easiest class in pvp or at least top 3 easiest specs
@@zoovaado7759big facts friend said there is threee buttons and he can’t even get 1800 in solo so yes DH has a LOT of buttons and we are very squishy now what makes people think we are easy to play is that our cc require not much set up and we have double stuns that’s honestly it lol

This is nice and all, but just imagine double ret pika Carl + wizk on spriest. That way you have 3 hybrid heals and dispells and MDs for other rets
It's actually insane that they gave ret 20yds on Templar's without any trade off. I feel like that's a big problem in pvp now, too many pvp specific buffs/talents without any trade offs. Templar's should do atleast 20% decreased dmg for a 20yd range
does anyone know if its an addon or is it pika's editor that adds the gunshot sound when someone is killed? i've been looking for an addon to do that so i can differentiate between hunter feigns at 0% and real death

A melee class should not be bursting down people from range.
@C J B rogue is a gimmicky ass class, WW is the only melee that is well rounded. Good design, hard to play, powerful but squishy with high mobility that allows for a higher skill cap. Rogues are difficult to master but they have an absurd amount of control and burst damage.

But my point still stands, how is that comparable to every season since WoW launch where rogue mage have been the better option to all the specs in the game and very often warlock or warrior. dh being unstoppable since release. Ret players only have 1 spec to DPS from and somehow whenever they are near the top in any form of content it seems the world in on fire irl and it does not get fixed untill Ret gets nerfed.

The nerfs coming up on Tuesday are a gross overreaction. They reworked the entire class, left it overtuned going live, the player base freaked out so hard that it’s getting nerfed back to where it was prior to the rework. Big disappointment. All it needed was shorter wings and lower final reck damage. They’re hitting all the self sustain and survival. They reworked it because Ret “has the highest death rate” then they rewind that? Annoying. Just nerf the burst. That’s all that’s needed.

"Low mmr at a dead bracket." You do realize rating in 3v3 and 2v2 is heavily deflated right?. Some of the players he was winning against were 2.7k in previous seasons. Rating is about 500- 700 lower than it was in other seasons.
