Can we change our main pawn once we start the game? Can we still edit main/pawn looks on the creation screen, after starting game?

There is an item given to you in the deluxe edition that allows you to fully recustomise the main character and pawn so I presume you'd need to get that item in game for as many characters as you want to customise
