The rules you are laying down still follow the basic rules of calories. I still love the content tho and explaining it differently can work well for people.

I did eat like that my entire life bro… going carnivore helped me tunnel vision on what matters. And now I have completely reshaped my entire relationship with food. I’m no longer a slave to any type of carb. I had heartburn from 15 years old to 36 years old. Going Carnivore saved me from that and sleep apnea and I’m over 100 lbs down and min/maxing hard af.

Great video guys, carbs have really done well for my body but it is carbs from rice and whole grain bread. I think the source is the biggest factor if they will help you or not in my experience

You guys are still promoting counting calories.. You're just saying it with different words; You're trying to tell people to do it intuitively, but it's still the same thing. You're saying: eat modest.. Don't' binge, just eat "normal" or "regular".. But that's all the same message: Stop over eating and watch your calories. Counting calories is just more specific in controlling what people eat- because eating "normal" for people makes them think a double cheeseburger and large fry with a milkshake is a "normal" meal. So you really have to define it for a lot of people and that's where counting calories can really let people wrap their heads around just how much they are overeating and binging. A lot of people can't do this intuitively; they need logical numbers that they can latch onto or they are just lost and literally oblivious at just how much they are overeating. The first time counting calories is a huge wake up call for most people. I get your point to not get lost in the small details. But I don't think "counting calories" in itself is the enemy. Sugar is

Hard to count something that is up to 20% wrong + - …. Especially without a way to measure calories out. Calories are also a measurement of potential heat, not possible energy derived from foods for humans. It’s better to measure the mass of foods and only eat carnivore in nature

Many issues, but the main one being “normal” for most people is pizza, fries and ice cream. Without counting at least for a bit of time you really can’t understand what’s in your food and what to grab without at least reading your labels, which you guys are low key saying anyway…
    Basically a contradictory video

Normal can mean a lot for many. Fast food is normal for many. Calorie counting and a scale helps you learn for intuitive eating later.

Counting calories is redundant. Know what food does, how it manipulates hormones, and place certain foods when u need em. Fats/protein essential, carbs not. Wanna gain fat add carbs, wanna lose..drop carbs. Its pretty easy

Want to lose weight. Eat less. Gain weight eat more. Carbs to cause weight Gain. In fact when I lose weight I eat more carbs because they are more satiating (red potatoes, greens, vegetables etc.) same thing as eating fats like (Avocado, fish, nuts) are much healthier than refined fats. It’s the TYPE OF FOOD not “no carbs” “low fat” “high fat” “low fat” EAT HEALTHY FOOD AND FIND WHAT FOOD WORKS FOR YOU! my trigs go sky high on high fat diet for example

Your definition of “normal” would honestly be way more calories than I can eat on a cut. I only know this is true because I thought I was eating like “normal” but when I started counting calories it was immediately obvious I was eating too much. It might work for you. That’s great. But it does not work for me.
