Lenovo please update the bios for 13th and 14th Gen CPU support. This literally uses the exact same motherboard as the newer P3 Ultra just a different identifier so you can't use P3 bios on the P360. Cash grabbing Lenovo wants you to buy a new machine ridiculous.

life expectance on the 14th gen seems to be a dumpster fire. maybe wait for the fix to come.

Hi, I want to install a RTX A2000 graphic card in such a unit, but it seems that the CPU heatsink that i have is covering the room where the RTX card should go. I'm puzzled and I cannot find any information about such an upgrade. I don't see other heatsinks on the market that could free the room needed to install the RTX card. Someone could help maybe ? The Lenovo support is just made of robots !

Is it possible to Upgrade to 13th Gen down the line?

There have been no modifications to the specifications for this system. That said, both 12th and 13th gen CPUs do share the LGA1700 socket. Hope springs eternal!

Is the GPU upgradable or soldered on?

      Hi there!
Apparently you can replace the GPU. Check out the maintenance manual here, on page 32, (if you key in the page number, it's page 36) download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/thinkcentre_pdf/p360_ultra_hmm.pdf
      Thanks for watching!

Hmm. CPU cooling better on this or the Dell Precision 3240/3260 Compact?
Anyway, given that looks like a "drop-in" A2000, one should be able to replace that with the new "RTX 4000 SFF Ada Generation", if that's the case this IS a more compelling option over the Dell Precision 3260 Compact, which seems to have a custom version of the card (currently topping out at T1000)?
    G'day from Sydney, nice video.

      Thanks Nicholas,
Not sure about the thermal comparison as we have never had a 3240 or 3260 in house. Regarding the A4000 card as a drop in, not sure that would work either as the A2000 only consumes 70-95W compared to up to 140W on the A4000. Physical size would also be a factor. on another note, we did get the P360 Ultra A5000 working, and BTW it was the GPU failing, but it did produce some impressive numbers over 10,000 on 3D Mark. Can't remember the exact figure but it was definitely over the 10K mark. might do a follow up with that unit working as it should. BTW, the A5000 was a special form factor for the P360 and also had reduced power consumption/performance at I think 105W. Thanks for watching!

@@Itcreations-LA Thanks for the comprehensive reply, Doug. 3D Mark/A5000 is impressive.
(Sorry to be 'that' guy)... I'm actually referring to the "RTX 4000 SFF/70w/AD104 die/4nm" - Released March 2023.
      - NOT the "A4000"/140w/GA104 die/8Nm
      - nVidia need to tidy up their naming scheme.

And good morning to you from Los Angeles!
Glad you are "that guy" got a little confused by NVIDIA's redundant naming conventions but thanks for pointing out the error of my ways! Yes! I do believe that unit will work. To be specific the RTX 4000 SFF Ada Generation. As far as the cooling question, I can't comment on that one as we don't have either and typically don't go that far on the short reviews. That said, we may add that to the next one…never say never!
