Baby socks, Barbie, Deborah, knitting....best podcast! I could go on and on, but won't because it's bedtime for me...thank you for the great episode and for all you do! 🤗🤗😘😘🤗🤗
OMG!!! I just love seeing all those shop colorways together. Cream Soda is by far the best neutral I have ever used. Thanks so much for being such a wonderful indie dyed who has the BEST customer service !!! 👏♥️👏
My grandson is is due any minutes and I am knitting the exact same pattern for him as I am watching your podcast. So neat! Congratulations!
I will have to keep those pretty colors in mind for the West Knits knit-along!
Hi Dear Deborah ! Just utterly delightful and wonderful are you and your visits. You are a gem. Sending my best, always, marcia
Thank you Marcia. You are such a sweet support.
Aren’t baby socks just the cutest. I was surprised too at how much yarn they take… but worth it. Also so happy that your neck and jaw are cooperating
Yes, they do take a surprising amount of yarn for how tiny they are. It's still a great use of little bits leftover, even if I need to add contrasting cuffs, heels, or toes, and weave in so many end on such a tiny article.
I littery laughed out loud when you were talking about pattern printing, etc., and then you showed the 'BIG BOOK' of amigurumi patterns, I just lost it. You are a woman after my own heart. I love that you're organized, just like me. 🙌🏼🥰
The baby socks are so adorable. You're a wonderful Granny to make so many of them. Don't forget to place the smallest ones in his baby book 🧦👶
Right?! I do love me some good organization and am willing to pay for it. Also, good suggestion to keep the smallest handknit socks for his baby book.
Congratulations on your good news about your jaw and neck!! That is something to be so happy about! ❤ It sounds like you have a long road ahead of you, so every milestone should be celebrated! -- i love your Fragmentation shawl!! It's gorgeous!! 🥰 You were talking about things to do when being a grandma.😅 They also sound familiar for menopause!😂 Maybe you need your pink with hearts pants outfit to be a dress instead of having the pants? Then maybe the fabric would be more flowy. It's been great to see you today, Deborah! Until next time.
I had to take a look at your yarn, and each color was more beautiful than the last !!! I'm sure I'll get back with you on some yarn in the near future !! See you next time !! Ps. The socks you're working on is so pretty, and I love the color way !!!
So sorry about jumpsuit. Maybe finish fabrics separately so it flows better. Love your shawl. So gorgeous
Hi! Just a thought for your Barbie sewing….
I think that if you sew the garment separately- such as an underskirt and then a separate over skirt you may have the desired fabric effect. Good luck with your sewing project.
Yes, it definitely would have flowed better had I done that. I also think that the top layer needed to be larger than the under layer.
Another fun episode Deborah. I must have missed out on your mystery skeins. Maybe next time. 😊
They are still there. Look under the Sock yarn section.
@@candyshoppeyarns I only see things listed individually…nothing “Mystery”
@@ShannonDerby 🤔 hmmm. For some reason it is only showing up through my etsy shop, not candyshoppeyarns.com . Have a look there. I’ll try and sort that out tonight
@@candyshoppeyarns I will check there 😊
