    Thank you, this is very helpful. I really needed this. We don't talk about focus enough in life. Lets just say there are people that benefit from the general population being unable to focus or concentrate and leave it at that.

    yes focus is important and necessary. it is essential. the brain makes dopamines when you focus

    cardio and weight lifting improve focus. meditation also.

    i've also had good results with vegan whey protein on my focus. whey protein only works when I compliment it with healthy organic vegetable based meals

    If you like this you might like solution focused therapy or solution focused brief therapy. Focusing in on solution rather than problem, visualizing solution and what you want can make the problem you have incongruent with your goals.
    The miracle question is a great start. If the problem didn’t exist (addiction, over eating, problem person) what would your life look like? If you flesh that image out enough then the problem cannot exist in that life. Then start doing the things that person would do etc…
    Such a reduced reductive summary but just putting it out there to help.
