I'm Kenny Florian. I have around 30 years of martial arts experience. I competed in the UFC for seven years where I fought for three world titles in two different weight classes.
My goal for the channel is to share my martial arts knowledge with you. Whether you are new to martial arts or an experienced practitioner, I hope to provide useful content with the highest production values.
I've had some success, I've had some failures. I've always tried to learn from those things and evolve and get better. Accordingly, I hope to share a lot of what I have learned and continue to learn with you here on my UA-cam channel. - Спорт

becuase there are many high level bjj coaches but not many mma coaches who fought in the ufc, i'd love to see how you adjusted/transitioned your bjj to work in mma
