- TESLA CAMERAS are Big Brother as they grab on going action from anyone getting near or messing about with any Tesla vehicle. An incident made my lights flash and Sentry got it all recorded.
I’m amazed how many people DO NOT REALISE they are getting filmed onto the Cars Camera system .
I admit it’s one of the top three features of my Model 3 !!

Mine prooved invaluable as I was parked in Nottingham on the ened o f a row. Black Range Rover Evoque parked next to me (not in a marked space) cameras activated as two females got into passenger side front and back. Then it left colliding with front bumper of my Tesla Model 3, had to reverse and visible damage down the n/s from part way along front door all back door and wheel arch. Then pulled out a bit further and drove off having activated my alarm. Reviewing sentry mode showed exactly what had happened and that they had failed to stop. Details given to police and insurance!
Enjoyed the video. Just had an “incident’ whereby I was illegally passed on the right - the driver was in the bike/pedestrian lane, and I viewed the video and was tempted to send it to the authorities😅.
They have been used in court successfully!👍🏻
@@KKandEV Right - however I read that I’d have to be available in court to testify, but I never saw the driver, just the car and plate number. Oh well. It is great though to have full camera coverage in case of a major event or intentional damage.

Great useful video. Can the sentry mode be turned on and off through the Tesla app?
Yes it can… it can also be set NOT to be on everytime you return home on default.
