I love this guitar so much! Just picked it up today. Mine is a 2010. Someone put a bigsby on it. But it plays and sounds great. Light and fun. This demo right here is the reason I picked it up. So glad I did. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thanks for this.
This guitar has me written all over it. I played a 1962 Les Paul Jr. double cutaway, single P90, guitar for a long time. Going back has proved too costly a proposition. This Epiphone Wilshire sounds great, has the same neck it looks like, as the LP jr. And how can I resist those knobs that look like they came off of a
* Silvertone Model 1464 Solid State 100 Guitar Head* , and some PAIA DIY KITS I used to build. Love it! Plus the MC5 rock.
I love this guitar 🎸 Great playing master. 👍🏼 i wish this guitar with kill switch and floyd rose with all green color . Plaul gilbert played epiphone wilshire racerx days too.👾
A quality guitar helps. But this one is all in the fingers. I wish I could play like this. Someone please tell me how to play like this. What books or DVDs or website subscriptions should I buy to play like this? This was awesome! I always enjoy and love your playing. I think I will try to copy this by ear and eyes. Also, I am going to murder the guy who disliked this video. And everyone who does in the future. Time to fire up ummy video downloader.
Always great playing man, hats off. I saw you did a cipher guitar, rare. I have a cipher amp, can't find anything on it. Any ideas or knowledge? Thx man
Thx for the feedback. I'm curious about it because no expense was spared. All the pots and resistors, etc are top brand, Sprague, tiger transformers, speaker is real nice. Every part is expensive. Just wondered why I can't even find a pick of it. It's a 1x12 combo. I'll send you some pics
Man, who knew you could get all that out of an Epiphone? I have a whole new respect for that guitar and you sir. Great video.
Thank you Buster.
Have one in faded cherry and one of the Elitist Okuda Coronets. They are fun guitars. Tasteful playing there enjoyed it very much!

Sounds great, I've always liked epiphone and gibson mini humbuckers.
Very wonderful demo. This is a very sweet iteration of this model. Phenomenal fingers and oh ya, IS THAT AN AMPEG GEMINI? I believe it is. Very nice.
Thanks for checking in Russell. Appreciate it.

Great to see you back in the store again, Mike! Are those Gibson mini-humbuckers in this Wilshire? I've always had a thing for those pickups.

This beautiful guitar needs some MC5 and Johnny Winter!
Ooouwee, that’s spicy
Thanks Luke.
Is this for sale? I have a faded cherry one that I’m trying to figure out how to strip and paint black…I could honestly go for having a couple more
Getting this guitar for a trade with my Squier tele custom.
I really want a wilshire in 2020 for left handed. Loved your playing on the wilshire videos. Where did you score those at
Thank you so much Ryan. Yeah that's a sweet axe, I hope you get your lefty!
Восхищаюсь!

Well, Cipher was the brand name for the Intermark Co. which was an importer back in the day. You probably have one of their Japanese imported amps

@@melchiando Interesting! Most of the 1960s Cipher stuff was budget and imported.
Thank you Cb!
