Someone from California and someone from New York may speak completely differently even outside of accents, but neither would necessarily be saying it wrong. We have kind of a "mutt" language and most of our words are from other languages, so the rules of how they're supposed to be used are kinda loose and loud.

All I know is that the American government has its hands in every country in the world. The US has over 750 military bases across 80 different countries and 29 are set up on Africa in the name of American interest to Influence, disrupt governments, etc. I have seen ppl being denied visas to the USA minutes after spending $USD3000. That is why Namibia has introduced stricter visa policies against countries that are not reciprocating.

@@michaelndlovu6798 they may be tired, but they should be strategic. if i were namibian, i'd be more concerned about what the govt is doing with the natural resources of the country. this visa issue is a nonissue because very few namibians will be in the position of needing a visa. govt wants to be perceived as standing up for namibia against the "west" while plundering its resources.
@@michaelndlovu6798 i'm aware of some of that history with the germans. however, i think unless people want business access to their markets and vice versa, i just think visa issues matter mostly to people who can afford to travel. discovering oil or any natural resource in africa is nothing new. most people in africa do not benefit from their natural resources and that's a bigger issue, imo, than visas. exactly how are the profits from the natural resource being used.
@@orangemoonglows2692 that’s a question you can ask just about every African government. Those deals are not setup favorably for the African countries. And most African countries have massive debts to pay to the world bank/IMF - like Kenya & South Africa. To extract those minerals you need foreign investors with the budget to do the work. The benefits of these kind of investments will only last for about a century give or take before those investors pull out again. Since local governments don’t have the Capital to take full control of their minerals, they need better deals, like what Botswana did with De Beers on their diamonds. Secondly, don’t export raw minerals, process local & export finish goods; determine your own value & creat more skills & jobs locally!
