I live near the illegal migrant hotel in Rotherham, adjacent to the hotel is a budget supermarket that I use on a weekly basis. I’ve been in the supermarket when migrants come in to do shopping and pay with their Home Office provided cash debit cards which is fine, but after scanning their goods through they present their card which gets declined because there is no cash credited to it, once declined the migrants proceed to create merry hell and abuse the checkout operator. It either ends in them walking off with the goods or the manager allows them to take the goods to keep them quiet. There is also a housing estate nearby and I’ve seen with my own eyes, migrants who generally congregate on the hotel foyer steps or car park. Young schoolgirls from the estate walk by to use the supermarket and most of the migrants stare transfixed at them! That is unhealthy attention!
Now im starting to understand the concerns of the Brits..However, this is affected us peaceful legal immigrants too unfortunately as we are also targetted for crimes we didn't commit....thats unfair as there is no way of differentiating who is legal or not because we have the same skin tone. A Muslim UK Policeman spoke very nicely to a group of young Muslim men who had been "protesting " protecting their own people carrying very large knives. I am born British and have experienced racism from far right racists, as well as being attacked by a gang of 30 asians, where two of my friends where seriously injured. The English public are stating that the police are no longer relied upon to protect and serve the community, as the public will do it themselves. I say this with the influx of illegals in Europe in 2012. No reason for refugees to travel thousands of miles when they have crossed countries that have the same beliefs or travelled away from countries that had refugee camps set up for them. Everytime they complain they are stigmatized as racist chavs, criminalized and their concerns are repeatedly dismissed as even they become reality over and over and over again. People are genuinely frightened to let their children go to school or work. How bad has it got to get before it's addressed? Shops aren't safe, the streets aren't safe. If you disagree with someone or challenge them, they are more likely to stab you than to listen or engage.

I live near the illegal migrant hotel in Rotherham, adjacent to the hotel is a budget supermarket that I use on a weekly basis. I’ve been in the supermarket when migrants come in to do shopping and pay with their Home Office provided cash debit cards which is fine, but after scanning their goods through they present their card which gets declined because there is no cash credited to it, once declined the migrants proceed to create merry hell and abuse the checkout operator. It either ends in them walking off with the goods or the manager allows them to take the goods to keep them quiet. There is also a housing estate nearby and I’ve seen with my own eyes, migrants who generally congregate on the hotel foyer steps or car park. Young schoolgirls from the estate walk by to use the supermarket and most of the migrants stare transfixed at them! That is unhealthy attention!
Now im starting to understand the concerns of the Brits..However, this is affected us peaceful legal immigrants too unfortunately as we are also targetted for crimes we didn't commit....thats unfair as there is no way of differentiating who is legal or not because we have the same skin tone. A Muslim UK Policeman spoke very nicely to a group of young Muslim men who had been "protesting " protecting their own people carrying very large knives. He asked then to go home and please leave their knives at the mosque on the way. If these had been indigenous youths or old folks they would have been thrown to the ground and disarmed.
