Providing data to show how much work is needed to bring their house to market value, comps, cost of repairs: Also trying to get a sense of what they’re pains points are and helping them that way…(moving costs, storage, paying 1st rent at new place) maybe they’ll more wiggle room with price that way.

For all you mortgage buyers - get a fully underwritten loan commitment from your lender so you can make an offer with a 10 day close (just inspection, appraisal, title needed)..which is almost the same timeframe with a cash buyer

@flippingmastery I am so confused ! Your instructions were to low ball 50% of the zestimate, yet here, you offered 29k below asking. I have been doing 10-25 offers PER DAY all month and keep getting told that my offer is ridiculous ... too low... an insult etc. WHAT is the correct asking formula. I do look at comps and what is currently for sale around the properties to make sure they are not over pricing before my offer price. ????

Look up the address on the county records, it will tell you who is on the deed. The owner is public knowledge. If it’s a business then you can then look up the owners of the business
