US President Bill Clinton said at a press conference on Sunday (17/05) that Pakistan had not carried out a nuclear test according to information he has received.

He was quite good on the language of resolution but I think that he thinks as the head of the EU, he has to give all these other countries the chance to be heard. I think that a number of European countries here will take economic actions here and I think that we just have to work this situation and turn it back around because what you don't want... in so far as possible the best of all worlds would be that this is an isolated event and India signs a
comprehensive test ban treaty, then Pakistan says it'll sign if India and they sign.
