At the end of a speech about education policy proposals (6:18), President Clinton responds to the allegations that he had an inappropriate relationship with a White House intern, Monica Lewinsky, saying: "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky."

Sioni Boii Explain why I am paranoid exactly? I am stating a fact that Bill Clinton blatantly lied to the American people. Convincingly. Furthermore this is a prime example of how easy it is to lie to the general public. How are we to know they don't lie about other things. To say they don't is just plain ignorance.

I could name many reasons why Clinton was a horrible president: NAFTA disaster (This is defiantly worth checking out ) , him knowing about Rwanda 17 days before the genocide took place and not doing anything about, him letting Bid Laden get away (twice), supporting the Iraq sanctions after desert storm which in return killed over half a million children and hundreds of thousands of adults, his prison policy was a disaster (check that up), bombing the Chinese embassy in Kosovo... the list go's on and on. Also Clinton gets way too much credit for the good economy of the 90s, which was already growing when he took office and that the Republican controlled Congress helped improve the economy by exercising fiscal restraint (also verifiable)... and as for Hillary? Her whole life is a scandal -from Watergate all the way to Benghazi. How anyone in this country can actually see Hillary Clinton as a viable candidate to be president? -Simply blows my mind. This woman is a arrogant, egotistical, serial LIAR, people. She has no business in the White House during the most dangerous times of my lifetime. She has proven her incompetency time and time again. This Benghazi thing you hear about going on right now, is just the tip of the iceberg.
It is mind blowing isn't it.

I'm glad that the FBI has it out for her, and that she messed up big time. They're waiting for her to secure the nomination, then they are going to drop the hammer on her.
Maybe next time Bill gives a press conference, it will go something like this.
"I'm going to say it again, and I want you to listen to me. Me and Loretta Lynch only talked about grandchildren and golf while we had a 30 minute secret meeting on the tarmac."
The economy was a mirage he continued the same trickled down policies that Reagan instituted. Policies that would ruin the country in the long run.

Wow, look at that rapid eye blinking. I didn't expect him to have that symptom because he had a lot of experience at that point in his life, but when you look at an entire nation in the eye and bold face lie to each every citizen - I guess the nervous twitches are going to come in full swing.
I just checked and he has the same eye blinks here as he does in most of his other speeches. Even the ones provably true.

In saying that, however, I also agree that Clinton shouldn't have lied about the Lewinsky scandal either, but compared to some of the things other Presidents (Hi, Richard Nixon!) have done, it's small time.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion on the matter. But lets not forget that John Kennedy had an affair, as did Franklin Roosevelt and their achievements are undeniable. I think that anyone who overlooks Clinton's achievements as president is in my book, ignorant. I don't condone affairs, and I believe them to be unethical and unfaithful to the spouse. But you cannot overlook Clinton's achievements in office, over something that happened in his personal life.

The way to tell he is lying is when he says "I never (did whatever).... Never.", and when he uses his finger and fist. He said and did this in the 1992 Democratic primaries and now here. He was lying both times.

Funny how it was all quiet then when he said sexual all the cameras started to flash and take pictures.
Notice how the tone of his voice changed when he talked about the affair. Also, he suddenly started blinking more and at the end of his speech he pursed his lips. All are classic signs of lying. If you could of taken his pulse at that moment, his heart would of been pounding. People; pay attention to the first three signs, those are the most noticeable signs. Train yourself!

there are more complicated reasons why he had to lie at first, its in bills autobiography.
He had to keep it as a rumor as long as possilbe because admitting it too soon would have had consequences for some important work that he was doing.
