What area would best serve a $550K budget? Kids are going to UCF.
Depends on a few things, @thebossman60. How close do you want to be to UCF? Will your UCF kids be living with you? What are you looking for in a house, as far as size and amenities? Do you have other school age children?
@@reallivinginorlandoflorida7335 looking to be maybe 20 minutes from UCF. Seeking 4 bd, no pool. At least one city away from bad neighborhoods. Elementary schools only for resale purposes. Maybe 2200 to 2400 sq ft. Built after 2000s.

Planning a Kingsbridge video down the road. Could only put a sampling of a few of the Oviedo neighborhoods in this video due to time considerations, but it's one of my favorite neighborhoods, particularly Kingsbridge West.
You left out the part where it takes a small fortune to buy a house there.
I hear you, but Oviedo DOES have some affordable areas. It's all relative. Almost all areas seem like they take a small fortune these days.
