Triumph makes 80% of it's torque at 3000rpm. This absolutely destroys any RE at this segment spare the twins. Plus the high revs is resulting in an awesome exhaust note when driving. Plus traction control ride by wire liquid cooling which we can't get in an RE

Bajaj Triumph nailed it. Instead of RE, I would like Honda to take note and reduce the weight and saddle height of the CB350 to appeal to a larger audience like Triumph has done with a very accessible seat height of 790 MM and 176 kgs. weight. If Honda bump up the power and torque a bit too, that would be nice. But reducing the seat height and weight is something short riders like me would really appreciate.

I fed up with people comparing speed 400 with 350cc bikes in India. It is not all justified, in terms engine performance as well as price range. It will comparable to duke 390, dominor 400, or interceptor 650. Why nobody comparing these and instead comparing with low segment bike and calling it as upgrade on them?
I came back to just point out that Bulu'saab was completely off the pricing. Speed 400 is 2.33L ex-showroom, 2.23L introductory price for the first 10000 units.
@@TripGuru then you're unlucky, I've never faced anything with the twins. But here the debate was started with the engine and took it to other direction 😂😂 see every bike has it's purpose, the royal enfield are cheap but charm for Indians. In Europe they love the RE bikes but they never cry about the quality of the body parts. If the engine is good, it's not creating any issue on the trip then you can fix the others. I've my himalayan, almost every 4k km I've to change the ball racer but I don't have any issue with that. If you go on an adventure trip with full of off road activities, the ball racer will take the effect and it's obvious with every single adventure bike. Now if you want compare with other bikes then first come up with similar price tag you'll definitely get it. I'm not saying it's the best bike, the quality can be improved but it's serving it's purpose successfully, now if you treat it well it will make you happy.
I don’t think it can compete very well with 650, because twin cylinder engines generally have less torque than single cylinder engines with comparable cc but in this case due to triumph being oversquare engine and RE being undersquare, the feel of the bikes is completely different, triumph likes to rev more and is a bit sporty, whereas RE true to its design maintains low end torque. So if u r trying to hold 120kmph on highway, interceptor or Meteor will be much better, but there is just one problem with RE is that u have to be tall and well built to ride that bike specially interceptor, supermeteor is fine because it’s low, height makes a huge difference with how you feel the weight of the bike, first of all interceptor is tall, second the footpegs and engine placement, makes it so that u must place your feet even wider than normal, with these characteristics the weight of the bike feels even heavier than it already is, so much that most short riders rejected interceptor even before Triumph was launched, so mostly tall and well built people bought it, and I don’t think these people will be affected much, but those who didn’t like interceptor will now have an option, so Triumph will capture a market that RE failed to capture in the first place and not eat its share both in case of 650 and also classic is a hard bike to beat, it’s like, i10, Honda City, splendor and activa, it’s almost impossible to predict which product will be able to replace it no matter how good it is
Abhi to RE 650 cc bikes are coming at such price, where people can easily opt other branded bikes (definitely lower cc). Definitely people will like to go for brands like Triumph/Harley Davidson rather than these overpriced featureless RE continental GT (especially ebd 2 variant is extremely overpriced)
Since most Indians haven't ridden various bikes so they don't understand that a well balanced single is better than a crappy twin cylinder which handles like a boat and is unnecessarily heavy.

If Honda bump up the power and torque a bit too, that would be nice. But reducing the seat height and weight is something short riders like me would really appreciate.
Look at the rider triangle knees is really more than 45 degree angle. Will be very crampy for long rides. Cb 350 seat and riding position is the best
Bahot accha information diya he sir aapne..Sir muze highness n triumph 400 k bich me konsa lena chaiye
Did you upgrade your camera or light setup? Quality looks really good
Bulu bai, I really like your talk-show type which has valuable info. therefore one video in a week will keep us update. thank you
.my top 3favorite bikes kawasaki w800,motto guzzi v7 stone,honda cl500
Do you think prices of highness and royal enfield bikes like meteor will go down after triump and hero harley?
Interceptor 650 is a pure joy ❤
Untill CHAPRI ruins
It's only good for straight line riding, have ridden better singles than the crappy twin re provides and the chassis is appalling
As per discussion interceptor 350 light weight will be good for daily commuting and meteor 650 for long weekend trips.
Thank you bulu bhai
Sabu clear karidela😍💯💯
Kya Bajaj Triumph kay sath inline 3 cylinder segment ka sports bike kuch lunch kar sakta hai ?
I am planning to upgrade my Thunderbird 350 ..so I am really confused what should I pick except royal Enfield and really confused between triumph 400x and hearleydavidson x 440.. Purpose mainly touring and little bit City commute... So I prefer triumph .i just need your honest opinion to help me out bulu Bhai..
Bro, i think for touring you should consider cruiser. But if you don't want RE then I think triumph scrambler is better choice than x440.
@@Ash-zi2py thanks for your suggestion..
bro, I don't get it if cb350s are so good why aren't people buying the honda, because I looked at cb350s sales its in negative compared to last year, so again why are people not buying cb350s. I am asking this in good faith and not trying to undermine anyone, I genuienly want to get to the reason.
It's only sold at Bigwings, which there aren't many of, and majority of the people in retro cruiser market see cb350 as a classic 350 ripoff
I need your reply bulu bhai....
Which bike has the luggage carrier system in front ...just like TVS XL?...
...
If not available. Then can I modify any bike like tvs Xl
Mention the rpm as well for the said torque and power. Makes hell of a difference
Dada I m a user of thunderbird and not happy with Royal Enfield should I buy honda cb350 or triumph
But, isn't the torque delivery of Triumph 400s at very high RPMs ?
Nice Video, Awaiting your ride on the upcoming bikes and very curious about it. Lagta hai naam Sai tho Harley(HaRaiga) aur Trumph(jeetchuka). On the Indian Market ground factor is all it matters. All the Best for the upcoming brands. May you all shine and run miles upon miles. Billu Bhai!
Take care and Chow.😁
Hunter may get old but classic will be classic forever
CHAPRI defamed Royal Enfield
U missed comparing to Dominar 400, its also a touring bike . Coud u plz add it?
I have scram 411, 1 lacs cheaper than this bike... Not much power figure in paper bt i m peaceful aftr sale cost... I recently broke my cluch they changed it cost lesser than macd happy meal.
Its a beautiful bike, powerful, and easy to live with post buying.
bulubhai i own classic 350 but want to upgrade ..my requirement is super comfortable journey .a motorcycle that will have the capacity of cruising 100 or 125 easily without giving any pressure to the engine. will triumph 400 scram fullfill that?
can triumph 400 give comfortable journey on long tours.? my height is 5.5
Vstorm sx 250 please share your review. Take it on rent for a weekend, ride it and a review if possible
Yes I also want a review on this
Bully bhai should I buy KTM 390 or wait for Scrambler
Please make a followup video on the same Bulu Da. Would love to see your reaction now post the price reveal :)
No comparison with Dominar 400?
Cornelius Would Be Proud.🙌🏻
Really Nice video bullu bhai... Triump speed 400 Vs Scrambar 400 comparison bhi mention karna after test ride experience video me 🙏
I fed up with people comparing speed 400 with 350cc bikes in India. It is not all justified, in terms engine performance as well as price range. It will comparable to duke 390, dominor 400, or interceptor 650. Why nobody comparing these and instead comparing with low segment bike and calling it as upgrade on them?
Bulu bhai... Jai jagannath 🙏
I need your honest answer on triumph 400. Is this a dominar 400 engine... Yes or No.
Dont you think that KTM 390 adv will be a comparison for someone who would look for triumph 400 x
nice, genuine analysis
I came back to just point out that Bulu'saab was completely off the pricing.
Speed 400 is 2.33L ex-showroom, 2.23L introductory price for the first 10000 units.
Well no one expected it to be priced like this from a Triumph standard
Even 650's twins can't match the quality of Truimph 400..
S but 650 is twin engine and a gem . Just ride once 650, you will be surprised.
@@nighthawk4028 I own one.... Quality is shit, fuel injector quality, quality of ball racers t stem all shit... Don't compare it with truimph.
@@TripGurunever heard about the ball racer quality of RE 650Twin bikes. Only for himalayan
@@worklada9533 it's for both... Himalayan stands first and then 650's
Only if Honda brings this bike
It was actually affordable at launch. But RE has become so greedy. Even delivered bikes had so many issues. 4 lakh for the twins is ridiculous
@@iamrobot396 Rajiv Bajaj be like "kiu hila dala na"🥱
bulu bhai kya lagta hay triumph 400 vs cb350rs kaun better hay
how is it compared to HD x440?
Can you please make a video after the triumph 400 price release
adv 390 OR 400x?
Bcz of bulu bhai i purchased Honda highness amazing feeling but servicing is costly
Bulu bhai Yezdi ROADSTER k bare kyu nhi btay kuch?
Since most Indians haven't ridden various bikes so they don't understand that a well balanced single is better than a crappy twin cylinder which handles like a boat and is unnecessarily heavy.
Exactly tbis is what is difficult to make ppl understand, unless they experience themselves
@@BuluBiker our people just want top speed and loud exhaust, things like balanced chassis and refinement is least of their concerns, and Royal Enfield has very angry fans who don't take criticism very well. Great video man very balanced👍
Bulu bhaii ... Mahindra mojo bs6 or triumph speed400 . For touring???
mojo not discontinued yet?
@@odorlessflavorless nope. That's why comparing.
RE is just a cheap disappointment that belongs to the 70's era! and not in 2023 and it's for people who lack the soul of a motorcyclists. A motorcycle is meant to go fast, meant to be dangerous and should strike fear on the hearts of the rider, that's the thrill of riding! That's why many men love to watch TT races or other Extreme moto-sports, cause deep down we all wanna do something that's daring and challenging. That's the nature of a real Man! RE people just are oldies who never got to ride an elephant as a child and later bought an RE to fullfill that dream🤣🤣🤣🤣.
