Cut a tiny slit around the front of the wig cap to release tension. The edges are thinner and softer. Really, don't see the nape area bald. Don't wear a wig day after day. Avoid wearing too many lace fronts. Wear glueless wigs.Dont use the small combs to secure the wig.Pulls the hair out.
Use a satin or silk scarf or bonnet at night. Cotton absorbs all the oil.
Wild Growth Hair Oil grew my edges back.I'm going to use this recipe and add the Wild Growth.
Getting braids, asked techication to avoid putting to much tension in that areas. Or leave edges out. Use alcohol free gel smooth the edges down. No box perms, no perms completely.Or apply perm mixture last to the edges. Reduces time the mixture is there. Use leave in conditioners. If you have 4c type hair sit under the dryer 5 minutes. Conditioner has to pentrate the hair. Give hair a break from braids.
    Go natural. it's better.

WOW! Great suggestions. I also, wet and put conditioner on hair before removing my French braids after removing the hair weaves. That way, my hair isn't so dry when taking out the French braids before I wash my hair after taking out the weave. I have less breakage.
Thanks for the suggestions. I screenshot it to share. 👍🏾

Guys just put some Vaseline and water on your edges every day or more. Don’t let hats or bonnets rub on your edges. Sleep on pillow with a silk pillow case instead of using a bonnet. Don’t pull your hair back into tight styles. Don’t use a brush or comb on your hair. Just fingers. Only manipulate your hair when it’s saturated in water. Worked for me.

As a hair braider, all I want to tell you women is you dont need any of these products. Infact hair oild doesnt grow your hair. Just leavv your edges alone, dont wear head bands or wigs that sit on your edges and your edges will grow back. Use water everyday on that spot. I have seen it happen for my clients.
This wolrd is becoming too wasteful, just eat right and spray your hair with water everyday and you will see you dont need much.

@@purplelove3666then you had a different kind of alopecia. Not all alopecia is traction alopecia. Traction alopecia comes specifically from something pulling the hair at its roots (tight styles, etc.) or from a pressure point on the scalp that causes lack of blood circulation to the roots for a prolonged period of time.

Leave those tight braids, glue and edge control alone and you won't have that problem, avoid artificial hair altogether, it absorbs all the natural oils from your hair and scalp

Scalp ale by Bronner’s Bros is excellent to remove plaque from the scalp to all hair products or treatments to penetrate into the papilla.

Your recipes are amazing and I know they works as I’m a hairstylist but my honest opinion is, next time use the same client/model to show before and after the two months that you said instead of using two different people as everyone can they are two different women as it makes people like myself not to trust what you are selling to the public. I will like to try your handmade oil anyway and I will give you feedback in the future as soon as I see an improvement

I don't kno of this to grow back your edges but I kno its good to use in your hair, I used it for months and I have a small spot at the front of my hair that's thin out, because of my curiosity about braids got the best of me n it thin that part of my hair out and I had a head of hair but I cut my hair off not because of the braid but because I wanted to go back to my natural hair
