Now we are very disappointed with dirty, broken dishes, greasy spoons and forks. The rooms are cleaned disgustingly. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30, waited until 15:00 while the room is being cleaned. And no talk about early check-in or lunch for children, although last year they accommodated us. As a result, it was as if they hadn’t cleaned it, they put out dirty glasses with greasy fingerprints, there was an apple and a bunch of cobwebs lying under the children’s sofa, the soap dish in the bathroom was dirty, and the towels were also dirty. Ketchup and food crumbs are smeared in the cupboard. But this is a small part of the pleasure. The whole hotel is full of rotavirus and unsanitary conditions. The whole family on the second day of rest with vomiting, diarrhea and fever, including a 2 year old child. I will not return to this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone!
