MPM hotels are the biggest joke ever, communication sucks, food is disgusting, staff are rude without any simple manners if you are not Ukrainian, and for the hygiene I can’t describe it how dirty and smelly are

The worst communication ever, had booking for a week and did try to contact them on their official source of contact but no response in Facebook, on their official email and phone numbers except one time when a male call agent shouted to me for no reason simply because I asked him to give me the hotel number. Just a joke hotel, changed my booking to another destination where they know how to do proper business.

Beautiful, unfortunately, only in the picture. The whole family came here for the second year in a row, as last year we really liked everything. Now we are very disappointed with dirty, broken dishes, greasy spoons and forks. The rooms are cleaned disgustingly. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30, waited until 15:00 while the room is being cleaned. And no talk about early check-in or lunch for children, although last year they accommodated us. As a result, it was as if they hadn’t cleaned it, they put out dirty glasses with greasy fingerprints, there was an apple and a bunch of cobwebs lying under the children’s sofa, the soap dish in the bathroom was dirty, and the towels were also dirty. Ketchup and food crumbs are smeared in the cupboard. But this is a small part of the pleasure. The whole hotel is full of rotavirus and unsanitary conditions. The whole family on the second day of rest with vomiting, diarrhea and fever, including a 2 year old child. I will not return to this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone!
