Just heard Angie talking to Argo on Elvis Radio. They talked about seeing the video and restoring the bike and researching the bike to prove that it was Elvis's original bike. Excellent work Ashley and Billy.
Wow Elvis first vehicle. ..This is one of the most iconic things Elvis had when he moved from Tupelo. Thanks for sharing Billy and special thanks to Ashley Drew for her keen eye !
Wow great work by Ashley and yourself! This is the kind of caring and knowledge that needs to be there at Graceland protecting Elvis’ legacy! Have looked at that many times and had no idea! Well done and thank you!!
Awesome Supper Sleuths Mr. Spa Guy and Ms Ashley Drew. Always tightening up ! Elvis' bicycle...so cool ! Probably the first big thing that was his own. Hopefully Mr. Billy Smith can put some light on the bicycle. Sad that EPE has left it there to rust ! Hopefully they will get it and put in the Graceland museums. That Elvis kept it is awesome. Continue to tighten up. Lord bless.
When my wife and I went to Graceland 3 yrs ago. I said to her thats a strange place for a bike. I never dreamed it was his , but it all makes sense now. Thank you and Ashley for all the goodness.
As always thank you for this information. You are truly wise to consult first generation opinion from Billy Smith rather than Graceland's later generation archivists. I truly believe you can educate Elvis fans infinitely. I have a thick book from 1988 Elvis A-Z. You prove Elvis Aron Presley is a never ending education. I wish you more lifetimes to educate fans about Elvis before and after his incredible fame.
Man that's awesome!!! I would never have guessed it'd be forgotten and tossed up on the wall. That thing could have been there ever since they moved into Graceland. Thank you so much for this story. Thanx to Ashley, too. Excellent video....and I love the enthusiasm! Take care.
Oh My Goodness. The hairs on my arms are standing up. I don't know whether to jump up and down or cry my eyes out. Truly truly an awesome find. Ashley, you are totaly awesome. You both are a dynamic duo. Thank you so very much.
Wow, SO amazing!! Ashley is super awesome!! You're so right, it needs to be restored and put in a museum!! Thanks to both of you guys for discovering this treasure!!
Glad that Ashley sent you the pictures of the bike and that you followed up on it and discovered that it is actually Elvis' first bike bought for Elvis by his parents. It's unbelievable that it has been hanging there in the corner of the smoke house all of these decades and that it made the trip from Tupelo to Memphis and all of the places that the Presley's lived until Elvis bought Graceland. It had to be very special to Elvis. Vernon kept everything and probably hung it in the corner with the wire coat hanger. I am so happy that you all discovered it.
That’s amazing. I’ve see videos of Graceland and that bike hanging on the wall and never thought anything of it. Nancy drew wow that an incredible bit of spotting. Let’s hope they bring it down restore and display it. I just love what you do spa guy. Another incredible elvis story. Great work
Just incredible! Who would have thought that such a rare & unique piece of Elvis’s life could be found when you thought there was nothing left to find. The thought that is has been stuck up in the corner of the smokehouse, unloved for so many years after his death & no one knew is sad. An Amazing Discovery Ashley & your knowledge of bikes Sir Billy was made for this - perhaps this is the reason why you were meant to have an interest in bikes!Thank you so very much 😇
@@peachesbeaches781 well then she should arrange a proper display of it instead of such an out of the way place where its exposed to some of the elements

I've just rewatched the searcher and 5 minutes or so from the end they show the picture of Elvis on his bike and switch to this bike hanging up. So they know what it is
Ok. THAT is really, really, really, REALLY cool!! Unbelievable. One of your best videos, Billy, and great work, Ashley!! Toured the mansion and grounds 18 times and have seen that bike hanging there as many times - and tons more in photos - but NEVER gave it a second thought. Absolutely stunning!!
This is the coolest thing! I love those pictures of him on and with his bike and it's certainly a story in itself as to how he kept it all of those years with everything he gave away....Must have been very special to him. I'm glad you guys are out there investigating these details. AWESOME!! THANK YOU, BOTH!!
@@Ashley_Archive You are one heck of an investigator! My husband actually took a picture of that bicycle a couple of years ago when we were at Graceland. We had no idea then of it's amazing history!! Great work especially to Ashley Drew. Surely they have got to get the bike and do it up. Its a very inportant thing in Elvis life. Great work to spa Guy for putting the video together. Elvis is always TCB
Phenomenal find this bike deserves to be restored and displayed in the elvis museum.Thank you spaguy and Ashley drew for really tightening up on this one.
Very interesting!!!!!! and I'm sure Billy Smith knows something about this bike...but it's amazing it's just hanging there all this time and no history on it......
Wow! Ashley has a natural detectives mind that when she sees something out of the norm to check it out. I hope this is Elvis’s bike and this is a strong case that it is, and that it’s never restored but preserved somehow as it sits. Who knows but he may have been the last person to touch it as it looks like it was hanging there for many years. Great job again you two!
Although I don't consider a bicycle a vehicle, I too have seen this bicycle, I guess someone decided to leave it just like Elvis left it, but still it's very cool to see the history on this bike, thanks for sharing
Just a little information for you.. Definition of Vehicle: a thing used for transporting people or goods, especially on land, such as a car, truck, or cart.
Thanks Billy and Ashley. What a great find. I agree it needs to be in a museum. I think talking to Billy Smith is a great idea. I think Billy knows Elvis better than anyone. He was there back in Tupelo and then on to Memphis. Can't wait to see what you find out next about the bike. I sure wish his first guitar was in a museum. Some man bought it and has it hid away. The guitar is another interesting story. Keep up the good investigation. Really appreciate your hard work and your dedication to Elvis.
Hi, This channel is a great asset to Graceland and it be good for them to make something of this... I have something that would hopefully blow your mind as did this bike... Back in the 70's, here in Ireland, we'd receive the first showing of many TV programs and films before going on to other countries... And seeing you are in a position to find something that would be so precious to Graceland and fans... Tow days after Elvis' death August 18th they placed an Elvis concert in place of a scheduled program... This concert blew me away, as it was the first time I ever seen Elvis perform other than his movies... If it makes any sense, I remember at the time the weekly showing of "The High Chaperal" and on seeing Elvis in this concert, the first impression was of course amazing, so dynamic in performance and especially vocally! But his demeanour, his look, the way his hair being short fell into a fringe, and when he smiled with dimples, the first thing that came to my mind was "Hey he looks like Monolitto in that! Unlike 'Thats the Way it is" spliced! This was an hour long concert from start to finish. I had the Album of the show "Elvis In Person" and I always remember the way he was foolin around like the way (pleased excuse the expression, no offence intended) but he fooled round actin the way a negro would in his gestures and the versions of songs with the way he moved was dynamic!! That has never been shown from that day to this! Like yourself I'm an entertainer, and I've had Glenn Harden accompany me on two shows one of them being his 70th Birthday back in 2010 there about ... I asked him about Elvis 1969 comeback to Vegas, and that show... His response was "Unfortunately I joined Elvis after '69... In early 1970... Please don't take me as some sort of fanatic... This concert was shown here in Ireland and I can go into detail with you on it... Its the first concert I've seen Elvis in and in my mind nothing compares to it... This must have been placed on some shelf in an archive somewhere and forgotten about... I have a photo my dad took with my two year old nephew beside the TV but unfortunately the flash caused a blur and all can be seen is the a little white of Elvis shoulder... I could send you this... Had that photo turned out we would have seen the suit that Elvis wore on that concert... The short white collar and cravat... I know Elvis first 69 atire was black but this was the same suit in white... Can you please check this out... There must be someone in vegas you could ask... Felton Jarvis did that's the way it is, I think?... Please See what you can do on this... Perhaps Billy Smith would know?... Anthony
I would have appreciated a decent response than that... I’m not the topical Elvis fanatic!! This is something that’s been going on since late 70’s by many people in this country and unfortunately nothing has come of it... I’m in the entertainment business a long time and find it somewhat embarrassing to put this forward considering all the looneys out there thinking their Elvis who have basically destroyed the mans image making a total clown of his act... I thought I’d put this to you due what I thought would be an opportunity to check this out and your success in your findings.... I guess you’ve picked me up to be somewhat indifferent...
Just one more reason why EPE needs to not only recognize your hard work but also needs to put you on their payroll. This is an extraordinary find and I can’t believe no one from EPE realized what they have there. To me this proves so much about who the real experts are! I guess this may be one receipt Vernon didn’t keep? When watching Gates Of Graceland they always bring up the fact Vernon kept everything and its how they put their pieces of the puzzle together. I’m just guessing here but no receipt for the bicycle, equals they don’t realize they are sitting on one of the best collectibles and right under their nose. That bike imo shouldn’t be restored but put together as is. I love that you can still see some of the original paint!! I also bet that fork is somewhere there too. If not I would think maybe getting a replacement, just to put the bike together. I can’t wait to hear what Billy Smith has to say, as I’m sure he will know something about it! ‘Rusty Gold’ in this case is priceless. You and Ashley just keep coming up with new content, that no one else has. No one!! Your work will be a big factor on keeping Elvis’ memories alive for generations to come. I saw your PSA video about keeping your cars locked and I thought if it’s not EPE looking to exploit you for a buck, it’s the criminals. Or have they become one in the same? Lol. I know if they keep milking the fans they way they are its only a matter of time before Graceland becomes a ghost town. I would love to know how the new hotel does during the slower months during the year. I was talking to my wife about staying there but after seeing your video I think I’ll pass and find a different place to stay. Thank you Billy and Ashley once again for doing the impossible by out doing yourself. Man oh man what a gem! A priceless piece of the puzzle imo!! Keep up the great work. I think this one is going to be really hard to top but if anyone can, it will be you two!!
Thanks for sharing this awesome and interesting find! Elvis must have saved it for a special reason. And I hope you can find out from Billy Smith more information perhaps. Elvis was like my family, we save and treasure keepsakes. Great job to Ashley and you! Thanks again!! Amazing!
Definitely an amazing find Billy can you imagine hanging there all this time. Man I hope its it 100% how cool is that. Well done Ashley. You both got great Elvis spider senses lol. Great job as usual my friend
No way!! I’ve always wondered if that was his bike but I didn’t think they would just leave it sitting there that’s unbelievable. Someone needs to preserve that at Graceland!!
Unbelievable find! I agree with you. That is the same bike! It’s akin to the “Rosebud” sled in “Citizen Kane”. The sled symbolized Kane's childhood happiness that was left behind on his path to greatness. Forget all the trophies, rings, cars and clothes. In that shed is possibly the most meaningful item that Elvis owned.
Well....how about that....?!! 😮 What an amazing fine !! Great job Ashley Drew and Spa Guy figuring that out . I sure wish they would let you restore Elvis's bicycle Spa Guy . Maybe not paint it , but just fix it enough to put it back together and put it in the museum across the street from Graceland . I could see you now wanting to jump the rope just to check that serial number on the bicycle . Thank you Ashley Drew and Spa Guy so much for sharing this information . That's amazing !! Love it !!
Sherlock Holmes? no, Sherlock Ashley Drew /Spa Guy. What a great piece of detective work! The least Graceland can do is to acknowledge this "find" with Spa Guys /Ashley,s detective work ,and produce a display board alongside the bicycle with the story as per this video or/and show this video at Graceland History in the making ! Great video as always Spa Guy . Mike Bristol UK
Elvis Presley without question valued his bycicle so much as to retain it throughout his life. Well done to Ashley and Billy for bringing this historical artifact to our attention and for the history behind it.
Wow Billy, I saw that bicycle on my trip to Memphis 10 years ago, I remember it well. Never thought anything of it. Should definitely be on Angie Marchase's to do list. This needs to be restored asap. Keep up the great work, fascinating video Billy.
This is an awesome find!! I'm very impressed. I'd love to work at Graceland so I could see all these hidden treasures and ask questions. What a dream!!!
OMG! I took a photo of this bike when I was there 5 years ago! Thank you for sharing this great piece of history. You're right - this bike doesn't belong in the smokehouse. It's possibly the most valuable piece of history at Graceland.
Awesome job Ashley and Billy! You both are a great team! I hope Angie with Archives is watching and gives credit to you both on a new display! Pull out the white gloves and save this piece of Elvis history Angie :)
Wow! That is so cool!! I think it would be awesome if they found that piece that's missing and then put the bicycle together so they can display it along with the pictures of Elvis sitting on it. Awesome job Ashley Drew and Spa Guy! 👍👍
Great work Ashley and Billy! Impressive that Ashley noticed it and great work doing the research to prove what it is. You guys are certainly thorough! The bike needs to be moved from its current location. For both security and preservation. I can't imagine what that bike would be worth! Wow! What a great discovery.
Excellent job my friend Spa Guy. Believe it or not just this evening my kids and I were watching a video on the Graceland mansion and we noticed the bike hanging on the wall. We wondered why the bike was being displayed there. Now we know. Thanks to Ashley and to you. Take care. 🙏🏼
Awesome video! I always wondered where that old bike came from. This definitely explains it! And those old lantern-like lights (stored next to the bike now) used to be on the front of Graceland on either side of the front doors. That bigger one used to hang down over the porch where that big, round ball light fixture is now. You can see them in early pictures before and just after Elvis moved in! Thanks for the amazing and informative videos Spa Guy! George
Too cool that his first bike is still there!! Amazing work on your's and Ashley's part!! I hope they put it in a better place where it will be protected. If only that bike could talk.
so incredible, so cool, thanks so much! the estate should be informed and suggested that all the fans would love to see it in a better shape in Elvis' vehicle museum! it's precious and rare item!
Boy Ashley dont miss much with her eagle eyes lol 😃👍 Shes awsome love her vlog too Thanks Billy, its gonna be interesting to find out if Billy Smith knows about how long its been there in that spot Great video as always 😃👍❤
It takes a special person to spot something like that. Proud to be a Drewtective. Very nice find and research you two. It will be interesting to see if the contacts you two have, can provide any more information about this. I hope someone at EPE sees this also.
excellent information, that leaves you that feeling of nostalgia for that vicycle that is true, elvis never give away his first bike! thanks spa guy! and thank you very much Ashley drew!
I just knew that Ashley and yourself Billy would be good working together, what a find on Ashleys part, and thanks to both of you for this. Billy why don't you ask if you could work on this bike to bring it back to the way it was when EP was a young lad, what a feeling that would be for you Billy not just to get you're hands on it, but to work on it. Thanks to both of you for this video what a find.....

Well I’ll be durn...😲. And hopefully Graceland will recognize the importance of this piece and rescue it. And give you and Ashley the recognition you deserve!!
Hey mr billy thanks man for showing us this it’s amazing how y’all think of things that we may never thought 💭 about love y’all man may our god keep blessing y’all ur Lumbee friend here
Great investigating!! I could just imagine Elvis painting his bike red to be flashier! Hopefully Billy Smith can add some insight to the bike. Well done!!!
I remember wondering about the whereabouts of that bicycle when I first saw that photo of Elvis on his bike. I'd never seen it catalogued or on prominent display anywhere and had imagined it to be up in the rafters of some shed somewhere, but it took Ashley Drew to crack the case and you Billy to confirm her suspicions about that bike in the smokehouse (which is definitely not where I'd imagined it to be). I'm truly impressed and awestruck. It must've been hard to resist the impulse to jump the rope to get the serial number, but assume there's probably a security cam in the smokehouse which would've deterred me from doing so. Billy Smith would surely have first-hand knowledge about that bike.
I've been there twice, I've seen it twice and just thought at the time what an odd thing to have on the wall, didn't think for one minute it would have been Elvis's but maybe lisa's. Shows I know nothing about bikes, great video as always my friend!

Thank you Billy and Ashley once again for doing the impossible by out doing yourself. Man oh man what a gem! A priceless piece of the puzzle imo!!
Keep up the great work. I think this one is going to be really hard to top but if anyone can, it will be you two!!
I remember seeing it, but I had no idea. I always learn something new from your investigations and videos. Well done Ashley and Billy.
Thanks for sharing this awesome and interesting find! Elvis must have saved it for a special reason. And I hope you can find out from Billy Smith more information perhaps. Elvis was like my family, we save and treasure keepsakes. Great job to Ashley and you! Thanks again!! Amazing!
Tightest episode to date!
Incredible investigative technique!
Kudos to Ashley Drew and the Spa Guy!
Definitely an amazing find Billy can you imagine hanging there all this time. Man I hope its it 100% how cool is that. Well done Ashley. You both got great Elvis spider senses lol. Great job as usual my friend
Ashley and Billy have done a real service to the Elvis community here. Graceland restored it just after this video came out. Nice work here.
Isn’t that amazing???!! 🧐🥰
Awesome find Ashley ..
No way!! I’ve always wondered if that was his bike but I didn’t think they would just leave it sitting there that’s unbelievable. Someone needs to preserve that at Graceland!!
There’s nothing more innocent than a child with his/her bike .
The value of that bike has just skyrocketed in value !
Remarkable video , Thankyou
Brilliant detective work and another fascinating story. Thank you so much.
Thank You for that Information you are correct this is his Rosebud.. He called it "Midnight Lightening"..
Great job Ashley and Spa Guy. Hope it gets restored and put in the museum. Thank you for another cool video.
OMG! I took a photo of this bike when I was there 5 years ago! Thank you for sharing this great piece of history. You're right - this bike doesn't belong in the smokehouse. It's possibly the most valuable piece of history at Graceland.
My mind is blown!!! Great find Ashley and Billy!! Thank you so much for sharing this discovery❣
I Love it.Still to this day we keep finding out things out about the KING OF ROCK and ROLL.....Great show Guys..
Great work Ashley and Billy! Impressive that Ashley noticed it and great work doing the research to prove what it is. You guys are certainly thorough! The bike needs to be moved from its current location. For both security and preservation. I can't imagine what that bike would be worth! Wow! What a great discovery.
Sit back and watch it be moved..
Pretty Awesome Work Spa Guy!love this video! Thanks a million to you And Ashley Drew! once again for your great research!
Thank you Billy and Ashley😊😊
Incredible find!! You both are Amazing and we really Appreciate all you both do💕☺️God Bless and Tighten Up!!
EP Forever💞
George
Scotland Yard has noting on you and Ashley.
The investigators of Graceland Yard have struck again!
Love your videos. This is a great story. I've looked at that bike many times and thought nothing of it. Well done.
Interesting spa guy , nice to see you again my friend / thankyou ashly

Too cool that his first bike is still there!! Amazing work on your's and Ashley's part!! I hope they put it in a better place where it will be protected. If only that bike could talk.
Amazing Billy ! What a great discovery! Indeed I saw it in graceland and never realised it. Tough i saw your drugstore video. So cool!
so incredible, so cool, thanks so much! the estate should be informed and suggested that all the fans would love to see it in a better shape in Elvis' vehicle museum! it's precious and rare item!
Thank you sharing Spa Guy

That is so cool! Who’d have thought it?....well you guys did!!
It's amazing how you discover these actual things that are related to Elvis. Also I had never seen some of these pictures of a young Elvis.
This is absolutely Amazing!! 😵 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Billy & Ashley you make a great detective team! 🕵🏻♀️🕵️♂️
Fantastic observation by Ashley Drew for noticing Elvis’ iconic bicycle.
This video was riveting to watch, thank you!
Can’t wait to hear the follow up on the fate of this awesome piece of the Elvis history.... another piece of the puzzle 🧩 right there!! 👍🏻
Well said Veronica! 👌
Amazing! I searched the internet and ZERO is mentioned. This is truly an amazing find and shocking no one knows about it!!!
Thoroughly enjoyed this one Billy!!
Thanks for “all“ your Elvis investigative history!
What an excellent video my friend. Have yourself a wonderful day Mr. Guy. You deserve it!
Hi Billy 😊, incredible find, thank you guys for sharing this with us! Your friend Bonnie
So amazing! I don’t see how that could not be the bike. Such a treasured item to discover.
You both are the best! Thanks for all the hard work!
Wow, looks like Elvis Presley rode his bike up town in that picture. Great find thanks for the video.
fantastic detective work I've been to Graceland 3 or 4 times and have seen that bike hanging there i always thought maybe it was just decoration once again thanks so much for your great Elvis history video's thanks ash and spa your friend T from E
A gift from Elvis to Spa Guy! Congrats..... As son as I saw this I knew it was the old bike hanging in there. That is so cool.
Amazing!!!! I saw this bicycle when I visited Graceland in December 2018!! I had no idea this was his first vehicle!!!!!!!! Wow!!!! Great work!!!!!!
That is some kind of detective work! Ashley is more than just a beautiful face. Thanks to you both...
Ashley Drew , haha...it’s easy to detect
I’ve seen it several times and yet I’ve had no idea on how significant it really is! Thank you for your awesome video and I look forward to seeing more about it in the future!
Great detective work. Very precise comparison of the bikes. Another superb video..Thank you, Prof. Spa and Detective Drew!
Wow spot on Billy.Ashley I mean.we seen it in the smoke house on Tuesday at Graceland.we travelled from 🇬🇧 Uk.we wondered if it was but now it’s confirmed amazing, thank you so much much.had my picture taken in the same place last week.im so happy to know this Billy.Ashley.xx
Well I’ll be durn...😲. And hopefully Graceland will recognize the importance of this piece and rescue it. And give you and Ashley the recognition you deserve!!
Ronnie Cline yes it should be stated with a sign saying “rediscovered by Ashley and Spa Guy on (date, where, and how they figured it all out).
Hey mr billy thanks man for showing us this it’s amazing how y’all think of things that we may never thought 💭 about love y’all man may our god keep blessing y’all ur Lumbee friend here
Top job! - respect for figuring this out. Love the detail . Well done both
Ashley Drew you do the work.... just pointing it out and respect you for it
Great investigating!!
That's probably where Elvis hung it so nobody would throw it away and wanted to stay there
