Great content. Always motivating and pushing in the right direction. I look forward to it every week. I wonder if you're willing to give some numbers that would represent a reasonable conversion rate of UA-cam ads for a new offer (first couple of months). I know you give return on spend here, but that is obviously somewhat dependent on the price of the offer. But assuming a newish offer of +$1,000, what would you expect the percents to look like from view to click to opt-in to purchase?
In my my first couple of weeks I'm seeing 5% view to click, 7% click to opt-in, but haven't gotten to a sale yet. 10% opt-in to sale would give a nice return on the spend, but I've no idea if that's a reasonable rate. If you feel like that's giving away too much, I completely understand. Still love the content. Keep up the great work.

Hey Will, recently bought your book from Amazon--so far, it's great. I also had a quick question--Ravi from SWS has recently been hinting that running in-feed ads to UA-cam videos (that are really just VSLs) works as well as--if not better than--FB ads in 2017. He's been getting views for just $0.17 a piece, and earned views for $0.22 I believe. To get clients, would the best thing to do right now be to create organic content on UA-cam, have a link to your sales funnel in the description, and give that content a little boost with some ad spend? If you could let us know, that'd be great.

I tried this on a video that got 4,500 views and got me like 8 clients.
After the ad ran it's course it was on 11k views and it didn't have a single booked call/any new comments...
Not sure if i done something wrong, but it definitely wasn't worth it
@@Kieranerrington Thanks for letting me know Kieran. Also, just as a side note, I checked out that video of yours you mentioned, and saw that your link led straight to you Calendly page. Have you tried setting up a webinar funnel on click funnels? These tend to move leads further up the conversion timeline and are great for getting qualified and easy-to-convert prospects on the phone.

Does each ad affect the vsl conversion rate in a different way? If yes when i am also testing different vsls and headlines so each ad will have to get to those all different vsls and headline so to actually know the best vsl combined with the best ad it will take like 6 months right?

It seems you might be missing something, specifically SEO (search engine optimization), when uploading your videos. This is likely why your videos aren't appearing at the top of search results, resulting in less reach and engagement. As a big UA-camr, you probably understand the importance of this.
