hi russ is there any way to move the lfr curser on the Arken / I followed your directions on the Pard lrf which worked a treat but unless I zoom right out I cant see where the lrf flash is hitting, any help please
Hi Glen, sorry DNT currently have no way for users to adjust the position of the LRF's daylight aiming box, and certainly no way to adjust the direction of the LRF independently of the scope. If your LRF splash is very low at your standard range it means your mount is angled too far forwards (so I'd change to a lower MOA mount). If your LRF splash is too high the reverse is true, so I'd change to a higher MOA mount. Left-right I can't offer any advice, other than changing to a compatible EagleVisionCam 108MOA mount, which includes some windage adjustment. Thanks for watching (again) too. All the best, cheers. Russ
They both look fantastic and function well. My question would be, what's the back up service and warranty, guarantees like for the UK Market? Who's the importer and will they be covering the above?
Hi Mike thanks for watching, a viewer asked this question so I checked with Arken... "Ok, first, two year warranty from date of purchase, our dealers are obligated to test, determine and swap faulty units. And in case they are out of stock, or other reasons that cannot determine whether it is faulty, Arken will always take care of warranty swaps on our own. And bear in mind that we have UK warehouse now, there will be constantly ample stock for warranty swaps." I watch several threads on the AGF (UK airgun forum, a main thread here already has 3,153 comments over 158 pages: airgunforums.co.uk/threads/arken-zulus-user-experiences.71841/), where few errors are reported, and generally Zulus users report great customer service from Arken, including things like replacing lost rubber eyecups or plastic lens caps. I trust that reassures you? Happy Shooting, cheers. Russ

Hello Russ. Crackin' video's once again. After advice about the Ballistic App. I have both Arken Zulus lr scopes. Do I need to download a separate Ballistic App for the other scope since the unit measurement's / weight etc will be different? I'm using .22 slug ammo in the ZHD520R as compared to the ZHD 312R which is using .22 Diabolo Hunter ammo. Do I have to delete one set of ballistic input, and put in the different spec's to use the other scope? Not being very 'tecky' about these things! Cheers Russ. Bob
@@rpearce6984 Thanks very much Bob, and great choice re the two scopes. 🤓 No fear not (though you must use 'Ballistic table call', not 'Real time'), you just zero each scope/rifle combo, and set-up as many profiles in the App as you like.
