That farm is so annoying in the new seasons. It is so overused. Weed isn't even edgy or shocking anymore. At least among gen Z you are in the minority if you don't smoke weed. Like Kitty I can't smoke because of medication and mental illness. It is technically legal where I live but I have to get drug tested to keep my prescription and I can lose my prescription if I am caught and I don't think it's worth the risk.
I enjoyed Tegridy. I think most of the complaints come from not seeing the boys, but I understand why the creators wanted to do something different. I'd rather have Tegridy than no South Park at all.

Your mess quoting the goo episode. Eric wasn't angry about the food not being meat, he's angry that he thought it was going to be healthy food from the farmers market. Wendy didn't go with the impossible meat at first was like healthy plant based slop. It wasn't until Cartman's second heart attack that fake meat was used. It was butters who pointed out that it wasn't meat because is felt wrong not telling him. Cartman is okay with the new food because its just as processed and chemically perserved as his usual food. He wants to eat unhealthy juck not healthy food.
you had a question about eating a weed-filled burger and getting high, I live in a state where it's is legal for medical purposes, i have a medical card, I make cookies and brownies with it, yes, if you prepare the weed right, you can get high off of eating it, an easy way is to use rso, no preparation needed, just inject the oil onto the food, sauces, whatever, mix it in to cookie dough mix, or brownies, i never made it into burgers before, i am assuming you can do it with burgers as well
Autistic stoner & SP fan here. Love your channel. Not gonna lie tho, I hate this video. I gave it a chance but I genuinely disagree with almost every take you gave in the video. I think it is arguably your worst to date and I believe you were too harsh. It's a shame too, because I was looking forward to it. I am disappointed. I thought Tegridy Farms was the single best thing to happen to SP since PC Principal. I completely disagree with the notion that people hated it and I'd argue that's an outright lie. I admire Matt & Trey to go so far in supporting weed legalization. I think it's a really beautiful & noble thing to do, especially with their level of influence, not to mention they made it funny and even educated us on weed. Tegridy Farms rose up during the time they were doing season-long plotlines, so it didn't feel out of place. It didn't take up too much screen time, it got as much as it needed. I think if it got less screen time and had stuff cut out, it wouldn't have been nearly as good and would've felt unfinished. I thought the new intro was hilarious and fit very well. Matt & Trey are known for going all-out so they did it with Tegridy Farms too. I'm glad they did. I can't understand why Randy's family didn't like the farm. They must to have agreed to it before moving. If they didn't agree to it at first, Randy never would've gone through with the idea. Sharon agreed to it, the kids must have at least said "Ok we'll try it" but then they fail to show any enthusiasm. It seems hypocritical on their part. I don't even think they ever explain why either iirc, so it just makes their hate look even more pathetic. I genuinely cannot understand their dislike for the farm and I don't think I ever will, I think Sharon & the kids are just selfish idiots in this context. I disagree on the notion of a farm sucking, despite being a city man myself. A farm doesn't strictly have to be in a rural area, and public transport does exist nearby for many farms. I also have to call out the half-lie on weed not being a real medicine. It's a half-lie because weed IS a real & legitimate standalone medicine on its own nowadays, but it's half-true because some people use it in lieu of other medicines that might work better. I've taken Randy's side on almost every single plot point throughout Tegridy Farms, including the pandemic special. Yes, it was 100% Stan's fault for causing his sister & mother's deaths. He started the fire. His own selfish act. Randy meanwhile had no way of knowing he'd start a pandemic. What Stan did was deliberate, selfish & frankly evil. I don't forgive him in Post-Covid. Keep in mind I'm not excusing his shenanigans with China, his blowing up homegrown weed, his Karen phase, his behavior towards Steve & Tolkien, or his starting a pandemic (which he had no way of knowing). What I am saying is that Randy's love for the farm is genuine and it's disgusting how everyone besides Towelie doesn't share that love. It's wrong that his family doesn't support him. Once again, they MUST have agreed to Randy's idea off-screen before selling their house and moving, so WHY aren't they enthusiastic about it? They don't even seem like they're trying. Their behavior after Randy gets arrested just infuriates me ngl. I'd spit in their faces if I could. So yeah overall I think this video sucks and I strongly disagree with it. Tegridy Farms needs to remain a permanent thing on SP until weed is legal in all 50 states. It's the principle of the matter. It was the best thing to happen since PC Principal. Randy's family are acting like selfish boomers. I simply don't agree with any of the criticism laid towards any of the Tegridy Farms seasons and I think all the critics are wrong about it, including you. It's the viewer's fault, not the season. I believe they are objectively good seasons. I love your channel and I hope your next video will be a lot better than this.
15:30 Well to be fair Canada is honestly a not very highly populated country. It's a massive size but most of it is empty. A lot of people just live in the same general area there. I mean the state of California despite that the state is losing population lately still has a higher population than the entire country of Canada So I don't know if marketing to Canada would actually be that beneficial. Mexico maybe.
As a stoner, I loved it! I think it’s just not as mainstream a thing as Trey and Matt intended maybe. I do kinda wish Sharon at least was happy about it, if not the kids. It would have been nice to see some mold breaking.
I enjoyed some of the episodes of season 23. That China one was funny because it is pointed out that it’s illegal in China and that China was only using it to plant evidence on people who they didn’t like or something like that. And the plant based burger episode was actually my favorite part. Especially Cartman subplot with the vegan students. Especially when he accepts the menu after learning it’s still the same processed stuff he always liked and not something healthy.
Towelie is real, because in the Halloween special the cops say "2 guys who were just really really high" Also, in Christmas Snow people give Towelie money

Not everyone dislikes tegridy, I love it, and I understand that you have a different opinion Kitty Monk, I love all your videos
Woohoo new catmom video thanks for helping me get through the day!
I enjoyed Tegridy. I think most of the complaints come from not seeing the boys, but I understand why the creators wanted to do something different. I'd rather have Tegridy than no South Park at all.
Towliee is my everything Ms. Monk I'm begging you to do a full towleespective
Been saying for a while that Randy is probably Tyler Durdening Towlie.
Is it bad that I bought pot after watching this video? I'm stressed, ok? I'm a college student and my whole grade depends on this research project that is seriously kicking my butt! I'm going to need to unwind after I finish it! Lol
Honestly I'm not a fan of randy in the first place. I just think he's overused, stereotypical and tired. Give me more Kenny please he deserves it.
Its gotta suck for Sharron to be married to Randy. I think whenever a dad goes through his self indulgent mid life crisis, they completely take their family for granted. (Part of the reason i hate bob in incredibles). While he's busy getting high wirh his Tegridy, Stan Shelly and Sharon have all come together in a support system of Dad Sucks so we gotta look out for each other.
18:03 yeah and I still blame Disney for cancelling The Owl House
You could never have to much tegridy. There's not enough tegridy to go around.
I like your channel but please consider changing the censor sounds, they're so jarring
I’ll be honest, I have always loved Tegridy Farms. Randy is my favorite character and have loved all of it.
Tegridy is funny because all the potheads dont get its about them. Doing it to long, making it an obsession, not realizing pot is a vice like cocaine and alcohol. "Fuck it lets get high"
As someonee that likes pure CBD oil to help with back pains because its the cheapest possible way to get a pure CBD edible into your hands. I also have a gummy mix thats sold to melt down into your own lil gummies. Because CBD gummies are fucking expensive, especially 0 THC edibles.
Like the CBD argument as a Canadian stoner is so fucking on point.
In short, Tegridy Farms is where the flanderization of Randy Marsh finally came to a head.
He wants to eat unhealthy juck not healthy food.
you had a question about eating a weed-filled burger and getting high, I live in a state where it's is legal for medical purposes, i have a medical card, I make cookies and brownies with it, yes, if you prepare the weed right, you can get high off of eating it, an easy way is to use rso, no preparation needed, just inject the oil onto the food, sauces, whatever, mix it in to cookie dough mix, or brownies, i never made it into burgers before, i am assuming you can do it with burgers as well
Really, Kitty? You present the Towelie theory, you make the Tyler Durden reference, and you DIDN'T even once refer to him as "Towelie Durden"?...
Mexico maybe.
am I the only person that founds the Tegridy Farms to be the funniest parts of the show of South Park
You are not. Tegridy is great. KittyMonk needs more TEGRIDY
As a stoner, I loved it! I think it’s just not as mainstream a thing as Trey and Matt intended maybe. I do kinda wish Sharon at least was happy about it, if not the kids. It would have been nice to see some mold breaking.
No, it's fucking fantastic. Honestly don't understand the criticism against it. Some people are just boomer-brained morons I guess.
I hated it
I enjoyed some of the episodes of season 23.
26:43 funfact, oreos are actually vegan, as they don't contain milk, the ads just make it seem that way
1:55-1:58 - Correction: Soylent Chili (Look up the 1973 movie Soylent Green for reference)
I'd found Season 23 to be the funniest seasons after Season 20 of South Park
18:02 We and by that I mean 🇨🇳 wanted it cancelled because it didn't fit Chinese policy!
Towelie is real, because in the Halloween special the cops say "2 guys who were just really really high"
Also, in Christmas Snow people give Towelie money
thank you for consistently making these long and well edited video essays i always look forward for them
I wouldn’t have minded how much Tegridy was used if it was at least funny. But it got introduced during the period when South Park stopped being consistently gut bustinginly hilarious and just started to feel tame.
I actually loved season 23 a lot it's my favorite season that's after 20
That's a very hot take, I don't agree but I respect it! I respect people who voice they opinions even if they are against the norm.
@@Official_RetroMania I mean most seasons of south park aren't as bad as a lot of family guy and simpsons seasons. Personally I really enjoyed season 19 and didn't mind the serialise seasons
@@dillydrawsI don't disagree with you, I just think if we take all South Park seasons in account, season 20 was very weak.
Matt and Trey put all of they beskets into Hillary Clinton but because she lost the selection, they needed to rewrite the whole plot of season 20.
I think serialization can work but the approach Matt and Trey did wasn't the best one by far.
I still think South Park kept a decent amount of quality up until now and the newest season, season 26 had many great moments and episodes. We will see what will happen with the specials this year, so far the specials were all pretty amazing if you ask me.
@@Official_RetroMania I loved season 26 but it wasn't as good as 23 personally
@@Official_RetroMania yee and that's total vaild to think about!
Tegridy Farms rocks, I'll die on that hill! LOL
i like weed
Tegridy💚
About the whole Disney being banned thing, the problem is that Disney willingly censors their movies specifically for China. They can easily ban one thing or another in part of a movie, because Disney will do it for them! Your example was Piglet, and the reality is that with Pooh banned, they’d probably make Piglet a new friend if they port the franchise to begin with.
(Sorry if this is rambly. I’m high on that goooood TEGRIDY.)
I'm honestly upset Matt and Tray haven't done anything on Disney given that the business isn't doing so well now
@@theanimeunderworld8338 Yeah! They're reaping what they sowed. Maybe we can hope for something next season!
@@hemlockolympic i mean, look at all Disney has lost. Billions, their theme park land has lost certain rights and they just refuse to stop doing what made them lose all this money.
Though I want to see how Tegridy and Credigy resolve their disputes since Stan didn't burn down the farm
Pokemon go? Drop that friend code, i need that exp
I can see a fight between Randy and Towellie. You’re a towel, no, you’re a towel. (X100)
Hey Kitty, I loved the Of Mice and men reference at 4:04.
I hit the bong for you.
wth is that noise/sfx you use for censoring swears?? 🧐
The reason Mrs Neilson didn't get a character arc til she got sick was because her only role was to be a temporary replacement for Mr Garrison but then something unintentional happened
it is surpriseing you are not bigger with the quality of your videos
I don’t gaf I love tegridy farms
If there is one good thing about the tiring Tegridy plotline, it´s that the China episode made so many people aware of the human rights abuses of the CCP and how western companies make business with them anyway because money.
I actually like the tegridy farms bit… I don’t get the hate is it just people that hate weed? Randy as a character is probably just behind cartman in making me laugh out loud from the show.
I dunno if it's due to timezones or if your upload just took longer than expected, but the 4/20 joke didn't quite dawn on me until you said you can't say the W word
What what what lol
I love Tegridy
I think the whole farm idea was a good idea mainly as a mean to satirese big business that preach high morels and jump band wagons
Tegridy feels like Matt and Trey reflecting on the show and the fact that they got older this do not relate to the kids as much as they used to 25 years ago.
27:26 I Don’t think so; you need to bake the leaves beforehand in order for the cht (read it backwards lol) to work
My only take away from this whole video is that people think the impossible whopper tastes like a normal whopper. I wonder if it's like how some people think cilantro tastes like soap to some people, but to me it tastes extremely sour. Like it went bad and was cooked anyways.
Board girls is one of my favorite episodes of the modern seasons? Do you not like it just cuz of its topic?
I actually also really like tegridy farms.
Technically speaking if you are doing this video you did a small bit of Towellie
Hey great video as per usual im glad i was off today to watch it in peace lol Soooo do you play pokemon go?
Didnt expect to hear uruguay, my country, on a monk vid, glad you mentioned us :3
I love tegridy… every single jab at the fans makes me love it even more… especially with all these new TikTok fans who think they get the show on a personal level when I just know Matt and trey are pointing at laughing at them
the tegridy farms arc was a bit of an overkill
so i’m a complete pothead and i like funny haha shows and loved tegridy farms
I honestly wonder if for season 23 if they could done one episode on the farm and another in South Park would have been better like have 5 farm episodes and 5 sp adventure
Isn't it funny that I was writing a paper about "OF MICE AND MEN" WHEN THEY MADE THAT JOKE!?
I love Tregridy ,lol & Towelie t & together it'd the funniest shit ever 😂
i love towlie and tegridy
"What seems to be the officer, problem?" ~Randy Marsh
Randy could not have kept those cows. For that many cows he’d need dozens of acres of dedicated grazing pasture separate from his cannabis and over a million dollars of infrastructure and feed if you want them to be healthy. It just isn’t feasible
10:16 Digman's good, too. It's no South Park, but it's fun.
Tegridy farms was what ruined South Park
I think the farm allows for better satire of big business
I don't partake but I noticed when my mind gets too staticy, cloudy, and overwhelming
C
B
D
Resets my mind entirely
Aside from Randy growing weed being technically a business what else is stopping the government from classifying it as home grown? He isn't growing it in a big factory. It's literally at his home.
#cancelTegridyFarms #TregridyFarmsiscancelled #TegridyFarmsisovereverybody
I like the Tegridy Farms episodes. It entertains me because i like Randy and Stan, and Tegridy makes Randy a forefront
I like Tegridy, Season 23 pushed it too much.
Yeah I always got what the message was behind the China episode but even watching for the first time I still saw the massive flaw in Randy's plan not to mention he acts like the NBA in China is gonna impact his profit opportunities when there completely unrelated areas.
I like your videos but constantly saying things that you obviously know could be controversial and then immediately being defensive and sarcastic about it is very annoying
