Yeah, this wasn't exactly made for public consumption that way. I put it up for the folks at Work Truck Direct to train their sales people. They ended up making a great powerpoint presentation. If you want a copy, shoot me an email: andy@claimsdelegates.com
When I find the time, I might redo the video with screen shots.

If I'm giving 30 percent of profit to biz partner, am I basically wasting my time here?

Did Cleaning and Restoration work for 20 years and left for 15 years. Now I'm going back into the Industry and plenty has changed...especially in the Restoration Industry. Xactimate for example. Not interested in a franchise. How do I set my self the best way to build a company for the future? My motivation is my Son, and in a few years Grand Sons can be involved in this business. Am in the Pre-planning and business plan stage. Excited to go back at it but want to build this correctly from day one. Is this the kind of thing you can help with?

PTOs rev up engines to 6 or 7 thousand RPMs ? Uh no. 3 to maybe 3600 on a lawn mower engine. 1500 rpms on a pto.
My god the vehicles would overheat at that rpm.
